In doing research on Angeles City, one of the things that struck me was the concept of the barfine in A. See. As opposed to Thailand.

I have spent most of my holidays the past years in Thailand. In Thailand as some of you may know, a barfine is a fee you pay to the establishment simply to release her from the premises, and that there is a separate fee you pay to the lady for her services (short or long time). In Angeles City the barfine is supposed to cover the entire fee for the lady both to release from the bar and also her services.

When I first read of this I thought it was pretty convenient that one price covers all. But then I also read that some girls will only stay with you after one pop while others may stay with you long time. I suppose it is easy enough to negotiate this with the girl beforehand but isn't there even less incentive for a girl to want to necessarily stay with you long time if you already prepay the entire fee upfront? At least in Thailand you can pay her separately depending on how long she stays unless you are one of those suckers that prepay everything up front.

So for you A. C. Veterans, what have been your experiences in this regard? Has it always been a situation where you could never assume she wanted to stay with you long time? Do you always ask beforehand, and has she been true to her word if she agrees to staying long time? I realize it depends on the girl but just curious as I have never been to A. C.

Apparently, and hardly surprising, there's much less demand for flights to Clark. And there would be even less demand if AC was not a monger destination.

Imagine going to your Board with an investment paper based on an activity which is immoral and illegal.

People need to understand that in a shady part of the world like Walking Street, AC, all is not what it seems. The bars and million dollar towers don't have to make money as there is a secondary (or some would say primary) game going on.

Reading at the RTFF, it appears that bar is the way to go but bar fine is for LT or ST? Is it possible to do few ST before calling out the day for LT? If yes what venues you recommend for ST vs LT?

Coming from the Central US, its a big difference, just like going to Bali. You pay a significant premium to get there with only changing planes once. I've priced it on the two Gulf airlines that have a direct connection to CRK and MNL.

Monger traffic is not what's limiting the amount of passengers. The data I've read on CRK is that the traffic restricted by the small capacity of terminals. That's why you have much less traffic than MNL. Remember, this was originally a former USAF base, not a purpose built airport. The passenger facilities were a retrofit. However, CRK is expanding and should be handling twice the capacity by 2020, to handle the overflow of international arrivals from MNL, which is about at capacity. I can only imagine who many OFWs will be flying in and out to the Mideast from here. The longest line of passengers I saw when changing planes to DOH last month, was for the PAL flight to MNL. It looked like the pussy express!

I presume that you consider that any man who has sex with another man, regardless how frequently he also has sex with women, is homosexual. So you don't like having "LGBTers" create categories in between heterosexual and homosexual. Although, by referring to this group as LGBTers (whoever they are) you are actually reinforcing the labels. I suspect few of them refer to themselves as LGBT; it is a construct that is totally exterior to them. They refer to themselves as lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgendered (or transsexual). For me the important distinction is behavior, not labels. When a man has sex exclusively with other men, most of them know their levels of risk with regard to HIV and other STIs. But when a man engages in sex with other men, and then with women, without telling the women, there are potentially lethal implications for spreading HIV to unsuspecting women, and by extension, other men the women have sex with. Labels don't kill, but behavior does. Perhaps there is a good reason that people who work in HIV prevention have adopted the term, men who have sex with men (MSM).

Regarding contradictions, it seems odd that you claim to not want to be flippant or condescending, and then allude to my lack of mental nimbleness. BF was p500 (FX rate 25:1), which was much higher than Bangkok's then, iirc about b200 - b300, but of course AC's was all inclusive. Back then girls stayed overnight (not as a rule that I know of), but back then there were far fewer punters, mobiles were practically non-existent for the girls, no internet, not many oversea's sponsors to groom, etc. Today's girls have many more revenue streams to work. I've long been an advocate of the pre-match pep talk because assuming things increases the likelihood of unhapenis. Mind you, days long ago some would still over promise and under deliver such as mentioning hungry babies, ill mums, etc to get out of the room. AC is slowly going there. I see ads for Club Aqua on facebook that are 100% legit, high-roller, jet-setter. And when you go to ABC and Aqua, it is full of these people, and not mongers. It is often a group of rich middle eastern or European or Korean men that have a few 'GF's' that they probably met online and are staying with them. Do they go to the clubs and BF girls, maybe, but are definitely going after the high-end girls in the 'Korean-only' places on fields. They also bring their GF's from home.

AC also now has Big Dollar hotels / clubs like Penthouse, and restaurants like the new place next to Phillies. In a few years, AC will be advertised as a legit vacation spot for the world's high-rollers, and not just mongers. Yes mongering will continue, but it will be more expensive. AC needs a high-roller Casino close to Fields so they can advertise gambling.
