Because cell signal near border is unreliable and then you gota spot and jump in the car when traffic is jam packed, meanwhile as a white male I stick out. It's never good to be standing still in Tijuana. But if your going to do it, cross the street. Where the new large pharmacy is, walk about 700 feet west of that. Where people are waiting for taxis. I was planning to make my first trip to Tijuana this month and trying to decide between Rizo de Oro and Cascada's. I know that they have the same owners but is one better than the other room wise? I was looking at the jacuzzi room on both, it seems Rizo has a king where as Cascada's just say large bed? Also what is the likely hood of a SG going to the Rizo vs Cascada?

Many of the Rizo rooms have windows which HK does not anymore, so if you like fresh air, you have the option of asking for a room with a window at Rizo. Also, Rizo is carpeted so you don't hear tacones walking down the hall and in general is much quieter, so if you want to sleep without noise from girls banging their high heels all night or club music blaring, Rizo is your best option. HK's big advantage is that it is central. Rizo is usually a few bucks cheaper so the choice is yours. Try both and see what you prefer.

I wouldn't say most in HK are game but you can definitely find some, just got to ask around. About half are going to give you some type of weird look and laugh it off but if you get lucky some will do it at no extra charge. That's kind of rare though. If she's down to do it for a "convenience" fee I can't imagine it costing you more than 120-140. I have asked girls for BBBJ and have been quoted 120 in the past.
