Hi,
I read before that Boca Chica and Santo Domingo are not the places they where since the bust up and Sosua is or was the place for the action.
Is this still the case? Or has it picked up over there?
Whereabouts on Sosua is the best place to find bars night club for evening time action.
And where is best to find day time beach action; can you still finds 8's and 9's walking along the beach looking for action in Sosua?

The difference between Friday and Thursday night Sosua is 50% more chica and 80% more guys. But there were enough chicas to not disappoint anyone. I've been wanting to check out Sosua again, but the place seems like too much work now. It's enough that you had to worry about a chica blackmailing you with the threat of calling the cops; now you have to try to figure out the ones that are hanging around but not selling pussy either, lol. Imagine that: you see the hottest babe on the strip and you walk over to talk to her and she ignores you. That's something that happens to you in a night club in the US.

Anyway the difference from springtime to now is stark. The 8's, 9's and 10's seemed to have copped major attitude and I really don't know why.
This weekend I felt like I was in any club in the States while at Classico.
Hey, if the fine young females just want to be out looking great and hanging with their amigas there isn't anything wrong with that, I suppose.
But if there is so much attitude towards the fellas now I guess that means their Western Union income must have increased a great deal over the summer, right?

If you see one you want, then approach her. I am far from German-looking (not even the same skin shade) and I have lost count of how many Haitian chicas I have banged. They probably do not bother approaching you because most of the guys coming to have the light-skinned Dominicana on their mind. Anything not light-skinned to them is considered Haitian (even the dark-skinned Dominicanas).
Just show a Haitian female you are interested and you will not be disappointed!

I was sitting in Winners Circle watching the Merengue / Classicos street action the other night and I noticed something for the first time:
Those true hotties that don't even come out until around midnight post up in Winners Circle or nearby and watch the action like the rest of us.
The only time these chicas peel their eyes off of their phones or otherwise come alive is when a group of "ballers" are strolling by with those ubiquitous towels over shoulders.
At first I thought it was because the chicas are just physically attracted to these hip-hop thug types (and I don't mean to say they are actual thugs. I see them just chilling and I know they are cool. I mean the rap star uniform look they tend to go for). But then it occurred to me that the reason these fine chicas try to ONLY get the baller's attention is because these blokes will gladly drop 4000 peso short time for these chicas.
But I also hear them tell of the whole "no more than 1500 peso" rule and that they never break it, even with the top chicas.

I have mentioned this many times in my posts in this forum: the last time I was in Sosua back in May 2012 I was hanging around Merengue Bar (which is downstair from Classicos) and I noticed that all the very hot chicas did not walk the strip to get to Classicos: they took a motochoncho right up to the entrance. You did not see any of these chicas trolling around Sosua during the day. As my man GrownMan says: these "hotties" were looking for the big payout. Not these 1000,1500, 2000 quick tricks here and there. All she needs is one or two guys to pay her 4000 for a quick fuck and she is done for the night.

I'm not saying that talking to them won't loosen them up, I am only talking about very first impressions.
If I see a chica completely ignoring ALL dudes and just hangin' with her homegirls for an hour or so in Classico then I can't but help to think that she is just out to have fun with her girls and picking up a dude / some cash is secondary. I'm not hating on that if true but I can see that back in the States. No need to come down to Sosua for that.
My fear is that even after talking to the sour faced (but hot) chicas, buying them a few drinks and dancing with them for a while you will be dealing with an all business chica back at the room who is all "leche, papi rapido" and keeping an eye on the exit.
In my limited Sosua experience, the chicas who easily return your smile and clearly show other signs of interest have been the ones who don't do that infamous personality flip back in the room. They started out fun at Rumba or Classico and the fun continued at the hotel.
Look, I admit the problem may be me. I tend to just hang back when I'm out and I don't play the "look at me!! Party Guy" role I see dudes take on after a couple of drinks.
I speak only a little Spanish but I make sure my hygiene is top notch, my clothes clean and sharp and when I see a chica I like I smile and approach so I don't think I am spreading any negativity their way when I am on the prowl (at least I hope not).
So I can only surmise that SOME (not all) of the 8's, 9's and 10's DO have attitude and will reject most gringos unless they see a true payday (one pop, $100).
As I've said, I am still newbie-ish so I'd love to hear some input from you 5 and 10 year vets on the attitude of the chicas now vs. A couple of years ago in Sosua.
And I still love Sosua and have a lot of fun when I'm there so this isn't a knock on the scene. Just curious about the attitudes of some of the real honeys there.
