Old German Pub is located in Soi 11 across street from Grand President (they even cater the 3 tower in Gran President). But Cafe 6 is the Presidents real cafe even if I find Old German Bar better in many aspects. My last trip to BKK this past December was for about a month and I pulled from Nana almost every night with an exceptional success rate with some actually being exceptional as well – I posted a few of the better performers earlier.

Daytime long-time action / options are 'poor' at best (I pulled every day as well) and it's 'catch-as-catch-can' as the saying goes and I have almost permanently lowered my daytime expectations in BKK. But then I only take-out long time so that may partially explain it.

But the go-gos' are still where all the better mid-priced quality options can be found. G-clubs are fine except that it's a time killer – can't walk in, grab one and leave like go-gos' and I don't need to spend an extra minute in any of them after I've found what I'm looking for.

I had a good session at Lucky Massage on Soi 26. It is marketed as a Japanese Massage club, with all inclusive pricing, but it is open to anyone I was told.
