2. If the msg is sent to you it will tracked. If you respond it will be tracked. It can be tracked for past one year.

3. There is no problems in saving contacts. But responding to them would or can will get you in LE scanner. The more you respond the more your are under scanner.

4. The only bad situation, is when there is a crime or big level scam committed, its when LE will be behind you.

5. In this case if you are called by LE its better to go and provide details you know. Possibilities are they may let you go after getting information.

6. The best way to avoid to take time to respond. May be day better.

I am sure there can be more stuff to add.
