If I was going to View Talay Six I would have walked to Second Road along Soi 13/2 and then took the Baht Bus to View Talay Six. But since View Talay Six is fairly close, I would not have taken the Baht Bus, I would have just walked.

It is the rare kettle that you find that is black these days. Even cast iron is mostly covered in enamel to allow pretty colors and easy clean up compared to the base metal. Although Lodge does make a few cast iron kettles that that are black. I have not seen any Lodge cookware here so far in my search for professional grade cooking equipment.

How do I know this? A few years as a brunch chef while I was in university. I learned my way around a professional kitchen. My interest continues and I always equip my home kitchen with professional grade equipment. There is an excellent Kitchen Supply Store on 2nd Road (yeah I take the Baht Bus there). The name is TKH Kitchenware. Prices are good and the stock available is excellent.
