Helpful information about Taxis in Barcelona
I found this helpful information from this site http://en.felinabcn.com/
"Dear customers, if you ask a taxi to go to felina, make sure it really leaves you there! We're open 24 hours. Some houses, unscrupulous, give comission to taxis, for each customer that they divert. You may risk, by the way, pay a higher rate after the entry. At felina, admission is free and the rates the same for everyone. Tourist or not."
And the same from : http://faqescorts.com/2013/03/25/taxis-ir-al-encuentro-con-una-escort-en-barcelona/?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+FaqEscorts+%28FAQ+Escorts%29.
"BEWARE OF TAXI DRIVERS! Some taxi drivers in Barcelona will try to take you places where they charge extortionate prices to tourists and illegal methods used to defraud customers. Be very careful with these drivers. If you come to our agency, when getting into a taxi and the driver wants to take you to another site, DO NOT ACCESS, you are in danger. Insist to go where you want, tell them that you have a reservation and be firm. If you want, you can call us and ask us to send a reliable taxi to come. Thank you very much."
I think is a very important information. Tanks.
I am a little bit surprized about the lack of reports of Barcelona.
For a touristic excursion and the usual fun Barcelona is a very good city to visit. But only to go there for mongering ist not worth while.
Carlos Primeros
Barcelona is one of the best cities in the world for tourists.
Good girl friendly hotel in Barcelona
Hello, I am off to Barcelona soon and was wondering whether someone could recommend a good hotel in the city centre in which a girl can come up to the room directly (no keycard).
I was thinking about 1898, Le Meridien or W hotel, but not sure if they use keycards in the elevator?
Any other recommendations?
Many thanks,
Tim
