I guess this should technically be in the HK thread but since it's a follow up to what I posted about on Saturday here I'll just post this here too. This time he pulls into a grocery store, to come put a side road, which takes ten minutes. Then proceeds to pull on side of the road to "get his tacos from taco stand". We sat in a packed bus no windows an extra 35 minutes for this. I couldn't believe it. The locals were laughing. I'm the only one fuming, would have gotten off but I was in last row aisle packed and surrounding area had people in street doing nothing. A Mexican guy says to me "this is Mexico for you."

Recently researching Medellin for Christmas week and the cost was expensive to fly but watching many YouTube video's it sounds like it was safer before Covid but since then it actually seems a bit less safe, in part possibly due to the influx of people into Columbia from other countries.
