I am 32. I'm obviously not old, but I don't consider to myself to be young either. But I've found that almond milk, garlic and fish oil supplements, saw palmetto, pineapple juice, lots of water and many, many, many staircases have gotten me back to the point where I can do multiple chicas throughout the day when necessary.
