Seriously I am hay as if less guys come to Cebu then more for me LOL. Also before the Cebu information was a total mess and now (as the county's second largest place and top tourism destination) it is better and more organised.

Before going to AC I am going to spend some days in Cagayan De Oro. I just wanted to have some time in a city where you will not see to many prostitutes. I did meet some ladies online that I will probably meet once I am there. Anyone has a clue if you can also persuade ' normal ' girls for some sexual activities in return for money or gifts after meeting them in a setting like a shopping mall.

Frits[/QUOTE]Well Frits, You are unlikely to see many obvious prostitutes in CDO. Time was when there would be a handful hanging around Divisoria and others on the nearby street corners. A few years ago, more pimps seemed to become the norm, replacing the back street free lancers. Seems to be far fewer of either at present time. As for the 'normal' girls, take into consideration CDO is off the beaten monger track. Most local girls will be unsophisticated and innocent when faced with the pitch from the experienced monger. As always it will depend on your game and her interest, but I think your online ladies will be a much better bet.

I know it ain't going to be like AC but I decided to go there because it might be interesting to meet less professional girls than the ones in AC. I guess it will be not similar to Cebu because there are fewer tourist going there. I will reread the info available here. My hotel is a 10 minute walk from Divisoria so I can always take a look.

Frits[/QUOTE]Have fun in CDO. It is kind of a sleepy town and not too much going on. You may need to line-up your ladies before you go there. Many of the girls says that they from CDO even they live far away from the city center.
#1 Airport is around 45 minutes of taxi ride (800 p). They also have shuttle and goes by the Mall. I think it is around 200 p but I did not use it.
#2 Best hotels are Lux and Seda hotels. Both of them are next to the malls. Lux has a very popular buffet and it is a good attraction for many Pinays.
#3 Lux is right by Technical College and lots of ladies are around the coffee shops.
#4 Watch out for some seasoned DIA talent. I met with couple of hustlers and I bounced them off.

Before leaving I will study the map and look for places that might be interesting. Usually I like to walk because you will always see more when you are going slowly.
I did not use DIA just filipinokisses but I guess the ones that could be annoying are on all the sites.
I think CDO is big enough so it won't be necessary to look for talent outside of the city. At first it was my plan to travel to Butuan but then I did decide to just do CDO. If I invite someone from Butuan and there is no ' chemistry ' it could be hard to send them back. CDO is big so I think better stick to CDO ladies. Of course if I find a nice one I will probably not look for variety.

I set up a Cupid account 6 months prior to my departure and had folders loaded with contacts for a couple dozen cities. By the time I landed in Cebu, my short list was down to exactly two (2) girls. I been to allot of places in the Philippines since then. And many of them I feel like leaving as soon as I arrive. But Bantayan Island wasn't one of those places, It's one of the prettiest and peaceful islands I've been to. I rented a motorcycle and rode up from Mactan. They may even rent small 110's on the island and it's a great little place to explore. It was well worth the trip, and I'd recommend it to anyone that has time.
I can't say much about snorkeling, other than when I was there it was in February and the season was Amihan. So the west side was protected, and that's where I remember the nicest water and best beaches. There's not a beach road along that side so it was remote. But there's not really a ring road that goes along the shore on the rest of the island either, as I recall, so having your own transportation is nice. Out to the little peninsula on the west side was just trails. Looked like most of the locals either walk or boat in and are living the same way they have been for a thousand years. Mostly lava out there and didn't look great for swimming or snorkeling.
I think the main resorts are in Santa Fe. It was windier on that side but still looked nice. Northern Cebu gets more rain than the south, so if you're hoping for sun you might consider your timing on that. Think I was there in February or March and it was nice, for the most part.
Oh ya, there was a couple small gaggles of girls roaming around town at night, incidentally. And the bicycle guys know where to find them too if you're in a pinch.

When I step in at Dan Bantayan / Santa Fe with my girl, I did not carry any fantasy with me. I forget the hotel name right now but I can remember I paid to trike 100 php for arriving in the hotel (guided by the girl, since Dan Bantayan is her native place). It was just beside a high school in Santa Fe. The hotel have own beach and even it was not clean but we had no complain. We hired a Aircon hut just on the beach. Well my first trip to Boracay and unfortunately the original plan to secure some company in Cebu first and then head to Boracay never eventuated (scared of losing her job if she didn't show up for work). Never the less I did manage to have a few experiences so I will share those.
1) Cocomangas. A bar / nightclub at Station 1 on the main road. Every night has a selection of around 30 girls working as freelance (no bar fine). Girls told me owner only allows 30 girls in there at a time, so you may also see some extra talent waiting to get in. Pretty average options but I did go relatively early around 9-10 pm. Was hoping to score a BJ on the beach and found a girl? (could be ladyboy in a different light) that agreed for P1500. We tried finding a spot at station 3 where it was more secluded, but it was a full moon and hence the overall lighting was just too bright with many Filipino guys lying around under tress etc, too risky. Back to my hotel nearby for a quick BBBJ to completion and that was day 1.
2) Plenty of ladies on the beach during the day asking you for massage, so found the youngest one I could (25 yo with a couple of kids) and brought her to my hotel in the daytime for a massage (P350). During the massage I didn't push the issue and kept my pants on, but at the end I suggested we find another girl for a 4 hands naughty massage next time. She agreed to be my scout for the afternoon and when she found a "slim 18 yo massage girl" she will let me know. That evening I invited them to dinner and drinks but the one she turned up with a proper massage girl in uniform from one of the spas and not my type. I re-iterated what I was after and that she will get a good tip if she delivers. We then met by chance again later that night on the beach near station 1 and I told her I would would look for the type of girl and show her. After walking for 10 minutes I spotted a glam just standing around in a group with other ladies. To be honest she looked like the daughter of one of them, so I just pointed out that was the type she should look for. Instead she just goes strait up and asks about the possibility of an encounter. Much to my embarrassment as it's still a very busy area there and this one could easily have been too young. After a bit of discussion it turns out she is available and is 20 yo no kids. BUT, the price starts at P3000. She was a stunner and slim, so why not enjoy the holiday. We walked for ages back to station 3 but had to walk near the water as she said her family lives in Boracay and hence have to be discreet. Eventually back to the hotel with 2 massage girls and the freelancer from the beach. Security stepped in this time and grabbed all their ID's. Front desk staff gave me the look that that you don't want to get! Lucky the pretty one's ID checked out ok. So we go to my room, pay the massage ladies for their tip in helping me secure the girl and I had negotiated 2 hours with the young one for P3000 and if she was good would extend all night for P5000. Sure enough she was a dud (very pretty dud though) and wanted to leave after the first pop in 1 hour. Told me she has a midnight curfew. Couldn't be bothered arguing, so just let her go.
One more story I'll leave till tomorrow.
So on the last night I decided to see if I can find another cutie by the beach so started to walk back down to station 1 area when one of the bicycle men asked if I wanted a lift. Decided to take him up on it, one thing led to another and the next thing we are both on a motorbike trike heading up the main road about 1 km or so to a very local KTV place.
Quite intimidating and possibly a bit dangerous as there were at least 40 Filipino guys in there sitting in the this shack drinking, whilst there about 10 ladies on offer. Of very average quality. They found me the youngest and slimmest one as requested. 19 yo with 1 baby and seemed fairly good attitude so decided to take her back for the night. Best price I could negotiate was P4000 all night (plus tips for both the taxi drivers).
Instead of the walk of shame, it was the cycle ride of shame along the beach road. Every few meters we need to yell out beep beep to get people to move, but finally back into the hotel room (same deal. Kept her ID at the reception).
Was a nice overnight experience and stayed till 7 am with 2 pops and at least a vague attempt at BJ. Even though the body was small, once they have a baby it's never the same and hence why I always try to find the ones with no kids.
Overall I was surprised that there some available girls on Boracay. I really expected to be a non event for me. But pickings are rather slim and generally high prices, especially if you are Mr Fussy like me.
Puerto Galera. Sebang (Sabang).
This was my 2nd year visiting Sebang / PG. Last year had a great time and wanted to repeat which is pretty rare for me. As a single guy and avid diver find a location with good P4 P action and diving is like finding a black swan. A big thanks to those who came before me for cluing me into this destination as I plan on returning in the future. If anyone knows of any other spots with diving and girls please let me know. There are lots of places you could find a girl and take her with you, but I prefer to switch it up most nights and I like being able to decide what I am in the mood for.
Spent 6 nights there this year and hit the bars / clubs every night to find something to take home. Last year at least 2 of the nights I wimped out after a few post dive beers and dinner and went to sleep alone so I vowed to correct that this year. One of the interesting parts of the Sebang scene is that at 7 when the bars open the korean guys come in droves and the mamasans line up the girls and they just point and choose taking out a lot of the top talent. There is no conversation with the girl or even drinks bought, just point and go. I had heard about this, but witnessed this for the first time this year and it is as advertised. Different strokes for different folks. But what I really don't understand is that if you take the girl at 7 pm, back to the room and do the deed. What do you do for the rest of the night? My understanding from the girls is that its usually a one and done and kick the girl out for the night so I guess its just an early night? Anyway, there are still plenty of girls around each night, but if you want to see the top talent get there at 7.
Nightlife is mainly a mix of gogo bars (Coco Lips, Venus, Village, Midnight, Broadway, and a couple others) and some beer bars where freelancers work. All the bars are within. 25 km so it's pretty easy to stop in every one every night and take a look. Price is fixed at 3000 pesos with 1500 paid up front at the bar and the remaining 1500 paid to the girl. That is basically LT with her departing in the morning. Some girls will want to leave in the night others won't but most are pretty flexible if you have a preference. Like most things if you are looking for something specific make sure to talk to the girl upfront to get what you want. The bars run from slightly shabby to relatively new and modern. The bathrooms in Midnight are the best bar bathrooms I have ever seen in any gogo anywhere. Staying at atlantis coco lips is usually the first stop and is a great bar with a fun crowd and good aircon. Talent wasn't quite to my liking this year, but I still went every night for at least 1 beer. In total I ended up taking 1 freelancer, 2 girls from village, 1 from broadway, and repeated two nights with a girl from midnight. The freelancer was actually probably the top performer but I think I caught a cold from her and didn't seek her out to repeat, but I don't regret my choice. Overall had a terrific time and look forward to repeating.

Other Various Logistics / Tips.
-Taxi from / to Batangas should cost between 3 k-3. 5 k pesos + tolls. They will start negotiating at 6-7 k, but will come down.
- The airport ATMS limit withdrawls to 10 k pesos so either bring cash or plan to do mulitple withdrawls. The ATM in sebang worked, but had a low withdrawal limit, maybe 3-4 k pesos.
-Like many places cab drivers, porters, and anyone else along the way may expect tips and will never had change, so keep those small bills.
-Filipino girls by far seem more apt to start and perhaps to even finish without condoms. Consistently had to stop the girl and make sure junior got wrapped up.

Assuming that's between Manila and Batangas pier. The Royal Amsterdam hotel in Angeles will charge you 5200 or 5300 pesos (everything included) for the taxi ride between Angeles and Batangas. You don't need to stay at the hotel if you pre-pay.

When I was there, it was always either off-line or it didn't take PLUS or Cirrus.
You can also go to Puerto Galera Town, and go to Allied Signal Bank (name might have changed) for the PLUS system. You can take the jeepney (for 20 pesos) or take a trike.
Elsewhere in the Philippines, HSBC and Citibank ATMs should still have higher limits than 10 K pesos.
