I assume this information is correct, which means the only income received by the club from each customer is the 95 CHF entry. Equivalently, the 380 CHF paid to take a girl out means the club expects each girl to bring in 4 customers on average, which I'm not sure is realistic. Many customers go to the club without any particular girl in mind, or have maybe 2 or more girls in mind. Thus it would seem to me that in general the club earns more from each customer when girls pay 380 CHF to be released, and therefore should encourage this practice (except in the case of some really popular girls with bookings by regulars).
