I keep telling him that if he sends a different girl, I'll send her back, because I just can't believe I'd get a Ukrainian girl as attractive as this for that rate.

We agree and I give her the address. 10 minutes later I get a call from the guy saying that she'll be there in 25 minutes max, but before she leaves I need to confirm the booking. I ask him what he means by "confirm", and he wanted me to buy 300 dhs du credit.

We have similar scam's in the UK with girls on WeChat who want Apple / Amazon gift cards and a partial payment upfront. They want you to scratch of the stuff at the back to reveal the code and share it with them. You then never hear from them again.

Any online encounter in UAE (whether its an app, a chat service, website, sugar deal, etc) where the girl / manager asks for money in advance will be a scam. There are FRs of some girls asking for money in clubs and disappearing after claiming to go to the bathroom etc.

Yeah, just to provide context, I've booked outcall sessions with around 20-25 different girls, some independent, some from agents, and as friends of girls I'd booked earlier, and I never had to pay any kind of "booking fee" or anything in advance. However once they were in my room, almost all of them asked for the money up front on the first visit.

I haven't yet had trouble with paying up front, and have always got all the services that were agreed upon. However I HAVE been screwed several times by NOT agreeing on services in advance, so when I book different girls from the same agent, I've gotten girls who're enthusiastic about DFK and OWO, and other girls who refuse to kiss and only do CBJ. As I've mentioned in one of my reports, I even got one independent girl who ONLY did massage, and I realized that at no point in the whatsapp chat had she ever explicitly mentioned extras, I'd just assumed it because of the rates she was charging and her lingerie pics.

So to Eric's advice about no pre-payment, I'd add: be really clear about which services you consider to be essential before handing over any money.

I should've clearly mentioned that I was explicitly referring to online / smartphone / app arrangements where prepayments are requested before any physical meeting are 100% scams.

I had forgot about the wealth of information stored in this forum, the last time I posted was in 2007. I will have to start posting again although I have become a little lazy and just use MR when needed with some regulars. I may have to get more adventurous.

I'll be travelling to Dubai in next couple of weeks and its the first time. Its just a two day trip. I have a friend who lives with his family in Dubai and has insisted that I stay with them. I am a monger definitely want to part take in extra activities. My friend is cool guys and is aware of my intentions and would have helped if he had any intel, but he does not. So I am on my own gathering intel and this forum is a great help. Thanks all for the contributions. My interest is mainly in Russian and / or Ukrainian providers. From all the reading that I have done on this forum, I need still need your input on the following:

1. For day time activities, is MR my best bet and Incall the best choice if I were to spend time with a provider for an hour or two?

2. For nighttime, among all of the clubs and pickup joins, Russian / Ukrainian providers mainly hangout at "The Premiere Nightclub". Other Clubs where Russian / Ukrainian providers hangout more than Premiere like Moscow. Not sure if Moscow is better for me or Premiere. Please suggest.

3. Since I am not getting a hotel, what are my choices for the hotel for short term activity at night. I already went thru the list of green hotels and have shorted listed few in Diera and Bur Dubai (Crowne Plaza Dubai. Deira, BurJuman Arjaan by Rotana, Four Points by Sheraton Downtown Dubai). But I Haven't booked a hotel yet. Thing is. What if I don't find anybody good in Premiere and if I do find somebody, based on how good that provider is. I may either go for either an HR or two or spend the whole night. Since I already have a place to crash at my friends, I do not want to book a hotel, let it go waste, if activity is not going to take place. Suggestions?

4. How do I access MR website in Dubai. Should I get a VPN like express VPN or Nordn VPN or shortlist few providers in advance, gather their contacts, chat with them on whatsapp and check their availability in advance?

By the way I am unable to access MR website from states for last couple of days. Are you? Is there an alternate website with ads?

Best bet would be to get some numbers from Premier and meet up with them the following day. At least you get a couple of hours.

2. Depends on the quality you require! Premiere will definitely have higher quality gals. But the prices will go up!

3. Forums will be your best bet for hotel recommendations. Not much you can do if you are not lucky re: hotel room. Most hotels have a cut-off time that allows you to cancel, but normally before noon on day of check in. You are going to have to bite the bullet my friend!

4. Definitely get a VPN. You cannot access anything without.

I will be travelling to Dubai for just a couple of days. The last time I was there, I went to Moscow hotel and picked up a gorgeous girl from Azerbaijan (12/10).
