Just gets harder and harder to find something special and exciting. All the surgeries are not improving the girls at all. Quite the opposite. One of my favourite girls now wants to get a sharp long nose and extend the chin as well. So sad.
For me, the golden time was 25 years ago, when girls would stay with you for very loooong time. You truly had to pay them to leave. Their personal private life was so boring or tough, that they were in no hurry to get back to it. Girls could not speak English much. That was half the fun of it.

Chin jobs have been around for some time now. One Crazy H girl had so many operations that I thought she looked like a L. Be. , but an ugly one. Others girls confirmed yes she had been in face surgery more than once, but I failed to see it was helpful to her looks. Certainly wasn't attractive to me.
I am used to the real Thai look from 25 years ago. I don't remember surgeries other than tit jobs being around much in those days.
My GF has a naturally somewhat pointy chin, so there is no way she would want it any longer. LOL. Also naturally very cute nose, lacking any Isaan broadness.
So chin jobs seem to be for girls thinking their face is unbalanced because they lack any significant chin, or their face is too short. I don't really understand the thinking at all, although it is true I am attracted to a more narrow (less broad) face rather than a rounded face. Why does the bridge of nose have to be prominent, why should the nose stick out more, why should the chin stick out more, why bulbous convex curved the cups, etc. ? It is as silly as a guy wanting an 8 inch dick, which would be more of a problem than an asset, in my view.
Some girls are attracted to muscly guys, so guys trying to build muscles is understandable, although very time consuming without steroids. For me loosing fat and being fitter makes more sense. These things can be done naturally without massive difficulty.

An interesting point is that male and female apocrine sweat have slightly different smells and the sweat also contains pheromones. Some people in Thailand reckon that they can identify a ladyboy by their smell of their armpits.
I do not think that apocrine gland removal is in great demand in China. I know that some Chinese have [B]apoecrine glands[/B] removed to reduce excess sweating, but I guess this could be true anywhere in the world.

If pheromones existed in humans, that molecule would have been bottled, sold and caused more wars than the spice / opium trade ever could have hoped for. People, humans, do not make pheromones and they also do not even process the part of the nose (which animals have) to collect pheromones and respond to them (via changing their mood such as getting horny). Yes people have unique odors to their body, and through learning and association (think pavlovs dogs), people can associate the smell of even ass to that of a loved one and learn to like it.
