Just got back from my annual trek to Havana. First night, saturday, my guide and I passed by Salon Rojo at about 10:30, it was dead so I decided to pass. He recommended La Cecilia,crazy 25 cuc cover, we passed by and saw a long line of great talent waiting to get in. I saw a beautiful early 20ish blonde paying her cover. Finally arrive in Havana and she even asks me for 10 CUC for a taxi to which I kindly replied fuck off. I get a call later that night if I wanted to go out with her I laughed and hung up.

On my last night I decided to hit Salon Rojo again outrageous cover charge for a monday, 15 cuc. Walk in and find the place almost empty. I sit at the bar and without knowing sit next to a beautiful 19 yr old. Amazingly beautiful, dark hair, big eyes, long legs, full lips. We agree on a price and head off to the casa. She was all business. Did her job collected and left, didn't allow pictures. I am not complaining she did her job well and there was no nonsense and she was out the door.

Everytime I go it seems that people want to take more advantage of you. If you can live with this and appreciate the great sex these money grubbers provide then I can say it is worth it.

Cuba is NOT the paradise it used to be nor has it been for the last 6 or 7 years! You need to have a network of friends to introduce you to normal girls. You need to speak Spanish to communicate well. You better be pretty good at playing cat & mouse with the police. Lastly, you need to have a discreet casa away from prying eyes.

For you newbies, I strongly suggest you go somewhere where it is out in the open like the DR, Haiti (if you like only black girls), Colombia, Brazil, etc. Cuba is WAY too expensive and a huge pain in the ass unless you are well connected. Sorry, but it is what it is.
