Most of the girls working in Pereira are local girls, I'm not sure how easily they would just take off to Medellin with someone they just met. I would just stay in Pereira rather than try to take them back. There is a nice zoo there you can visit, or you can go to nearby Armenia and visit the spectacular coffee park.
