Basically, Budapest has lots of girls working from apartments. Some share an apartment. A massage place I used to go to in the 3rd district near the Florian square or another site was shared. A woman owned the flat and would sometimes give massages, but made most of her money by charging the girls each time a customer came. She had a camera pointed at the door connected to a PC to catch who came and went. Not so much to spot the guys, but more to confirm how many customers so she would be paid. Budapest required more work, but I had a few good experiences in private apartments while I was there.
