The price structure in the clubs is typically 30BD ST (one cup of tea) .40BD for 3 hrs (MSOG) and 50BD to 60BD all night. The PRC girls tend to do all-nighters whereas I noticed the Thais prefer ST or 3 hour sessions. I have to say I've changed my mind about the PRC girls. They are my favorites now. Yes, they are a bit aggressive but the Thais are just too stand-off (ish) and the really cute ones are in short supply.

Before I report I will add that I am a little spoilt, having lived in Thailand for many years. Having said that, 'beggars cannot be choosers', so it was with some excitement that I ventured out this week for my first look around Bahrain.
Diggers: A fair number of larger and older PRC, who were very open in discussing service and price. Not much of a crowd, but the band seemed ok.
Euphoria: No WGs at all when we went. A Thai said there had been some recent trouble there, so they had all left?
Dublin: Ok band. No WGs in evidence. Lots of US servicemen / women.
Match Point: Quite a few Thai WGs and Fili waitresses. The Thais are an older, larger and harder lot, but warmed to my smattering of Thai. Revisit required.
Seashell: 3 PRC, all very keen, none very cute. Revisit at an earlier time required.
Wrangler: Very full, very smoky, very hiphop. Lots of African girls, and a few older and larger Thai, PRC and I think Filis. I'm told by 2 Thai girls that the coffee shop is the place to be when the club closes.
Enigma: A few Fili and PRC WGs, lots of Fili civilians. Good band. Revisit required.
Twisters: Got there late, but a few cute Fili WGs and lots of Fili civilians. Great band and a fun venue. Will go early next time for WGs.
F1: got there late on Thu evening. Lots of larger, older PRC, Fili and others. Revisit required.
I hope that the curfew and recent troubles have just sent many girls packing and dampened the spirits of those remaining, or it will be a long stay here.
Advice on the following would most welcome (and yes, I have RTFF) :
1. Where are the Arabiya apartments, and are they still operating as reported in the forum?
2. Are there still girls at the Phoenica?
3. Any other clubs or venues that I should visit?

A revisit to Match Point saw me hooking up for ST with one of the slimmer girls there. Cielo: very quiet at the time I went. Cashier girl (African with HUGE jugs) said it livens up after 2. 30 and is open until 5. Might try again on a weekend.

Am planning a trip to Bahrain in a couple of days and would appreciate feedback about the current situation from people who live in Bahrain currently. I'd appreciate some answers to the following questions:
1) Is there still a curfew in place near the Seef / Ex-pearl roundabout area? What is the latest one should get into Manama coming from the Causeway?
2) I read the hotels are doing better business and that they were almost packed this past weekend. Is this true? Are Saudi's back in droves or still on the low side?
3) Besides Phoenicia Hotel which always has girls, what about some of the other hotels in Exhibition Road? Has the number of ladies increased?
Any other feedback would be appreciated.

1) The curfew is still in effect from midnight. 0500 in the Pearl Roundabout and King Faisal Hwy (as well as some villages). It has no effect if you come in from the South, and most hotels are still open and accessible. I don't think there is any access restrictions across the causeway.
2) Lots of people in the bars on Wed, Thu and Fri nights, but I'm new so can't say if there were more or less than prior to the troubles.

Was in Bahrain last week.
Scene seems to have almost gone back to normal.
In my search for the FService MPs, I discovered most MPS still operate in the Manama zone. Eg, Mashtan and Jazira, only bad luck was I wasnt able to check them out. Reason was, most close by Midnight. Also, I cannot confirm what kind of service is available.
SShell has now moved operations into the main hotel wing which, looks pretty impressive but still no booze. I was there at 2AM so only 1 6/10 PRC. Didn't bother.
Here's the good part, I discovered a furnished apartment place on Exhibitions road. It is actually in the entrance of this small "square with a small garden" around which Semirames hotel is. When you enter the road leading to this small square and Semirames, the apartments will be on your left at the corner. They are called, ala plaza or alia.
ST rate is 15, reception guy seems decent. Apartment was pretty huge and actually clean.
Checked the PRCs. 15 ST. They were haggard, old, bad teeth. <5/10.
Checked the Indonesian. Now this was a surprise, her name is Jahan, and she was gauntly beautiful (7/10) , high cheek bones and most of all, great attitude. Worked out 20 for ST with a massage. Usually says she does it for 25. Anyhow, she even asked if I wanted GF style or quickie and got scented candles. That was unexpected. Slightly chatty but warm and GFísh. Massage was so so, dried me up and we went for the usual. Good BBBJ and nice mish. Small boobs but satisfying.
