I stumbled across a hostess bar review somewhere on the web and it mentioned Howie's bar - next to the Heart, so I thought I gave it a try b/c Heart is just way too smokey for my well being.
Went there around 10pm and the place was mostly empty. The a/c was dialed to artic zone... there's a reason. Yes the music was pretty good, so I stayed longer than I should. The girls are okay. Also a nice pool table. Something in PP just doesn't agree with me since I arrived, so I'm not my full partying self - still trying to figure out what it is but I think I've found it... later.
I was looking for an excuse to leave Howie's and right there I saw this huge cockroach crawling in a somewhat drunken pace ('cause it was half frozen) from the bar to the pool table. That's it. I threw down my $ and left in a haste. (Might I say, never to return?)

Last night I was still fighting this mild discomfort that PP has giving me. I had slept thru the day, so I should go out at night. Eventually that perpetual sad news from Haiti gave me the strength to get up and go. I went out for a quick bite first. PP is great in that sense. You leave a $1 tip and people's eyes just lit up. Very entertaining.
Anyways, I found a motorcycle to street 104 for $1. I headed straight into Rose Bar. Rose bar was much livelier than Howie's, but probably because it was a Friday? I sat and kept to myself and unfortunately the ones that I was interested in some how all ended up being takeout "food".
Eventually I noticed Anna was always looking out the window, so I think she was itching to get out. 23yo small built nice rack for her size pleasant face. I interrupted her and asked her to sit with me.
Instead of drinking anchor cans, I started drinking Heineken, may be the local beer was making me sick?
Anna has a good friend Molly. Molly is taller, just as slim, sweet face with a naughty-look, small tits and nice ass. As soon as she showed up I knew I made a wrong call earlier... but I can't dump Anna now. I had an idea. So I asked Anna to go dancing with me and I asked her to bring Molly as well. We went to the Heart and I sat at the bar while the girls danced - it's a nice way to wear them out without me putting in any efforts.
It was 2:30am when I decided to go and both girls followed me back to the hotel. I think at this point everyone knew that everyone else's wish would be fullfilled that night. I negotiated the sandwich price from $40 to $30 each. In reality, both girls were quite new at it. Molly's bbbj was unprofessional - she needs more practice. Pussy was really wet. I try lots of bars but Rose has stayed pretty much my favorite for a couple years now. Almost always a good lively atmosphere, and plenty of nice girls.

I have had very mixed experiences in massage places in Cambodia - in one very basic place I asked for HJ and was firmly turned down. I immediately thought that I was in the wrong kind of place. Then the girl said firmly "only boom-book." But that was a hole in the wall place in Sihanookville, now closed.

I also got FS/HJ in places where you never expect it and nothing at all in places where you would think there is a good chance of something. I recently went into a bar that also offered massage - dingy room but ok. Nothing was offered but teased the girl a bit and got FS and DFK. FS may not be normally available there as the girl told me no way for boom boom as no condoms were available. When I pulled out my own condoms, she immediately agreed without naming any price. We have to keep up with the times - the word on the street is that many of the bars near the river will be gone by the next high season, seen off by police crackdowns, bad management (in some cases) and the economic downturn. For myself, I am a regular visitor to PP but am unable to bring company back to the hotel - so the bars are not really for me. I therefore look for some place that is discrete - like Le Circe or a massage place with FS - with FS as part of the menu and the more plush it is the better.

It would be great if one of the residents of PP could go out and do some research for the board - I did my best given the limited time I had in PP and the limitations on my time while there - you can see the results in my earlier posting. So could someone please come up with a few places in addition to the Paris Hotel, Luxury World and the "rip me off I'm a Barang" Vietnamese places on that street near the Heart of Darkness where a decent mongered practice the hobby? And a few reports would be great. We would forever be in your debt.

My last time in PP, I entered one of those Street 63 massage places. Now I guess you must have heard that these are total ripoff places, they pull the trousers on hook near the door scam (your money disappears). For the quality of service traditionally offered in these places, that was way high (and triple what I used to pay there not long ago). And knowing the calibre of ethics employed in those spots, it was pretty easy to predict how things would turn out if one paid up front. Even in the best times, they've always seemed very single-minded in their pursuit of making sure you leave disappointed. Anyway, the mamasan said that was not negotiable, pay first. I think they've decided they're not going to do business (other than total scams) with foreigners. The talent in those places isn't very appealing, so no big loss. I think if you saw one of those girls at Martini or some place, you'd never give them a 2nd glance. The only appeal is the price. Well... former price.

I'd also be interested to hear about MP places, and other kinds too. I'm not a big fan of the bars in the 104 area, prefer bigger places with more selection and less emphasis on hanging out for hours drinking and "having fun with the girls" (mindless horseplay with bargirls is kind of the opposite of my idea of fun).

Unless you haven't been laid in a year or more and have some street smarts-avoid this place. I went there after after having visited the infamous S-21. I really needed some yum yum before any boom boom. And I did not get it. What a waste of $20, (the papasan wanted $40-ha ha, no fucking way).

I learnt afterwards that you will only get boom boom, no yum yum at the places on 63rd. Also, this is the place for Viet girls. If that is your cup of tea, then enjoy.

For the occasional tourist, good massage parlors in street 63 near sorya shopping mall is Bun Pav, and also even better(much more girls-only after 12 noon- Youchouv, to find this place go to Lucky supermarket on Sihanouk Boulevard, then immediately turn left into street 63 and take the first on your left again, 50 meters on your right hand is Youchouv, don't enter the hotel lobby but take the stairs left of it up to the 1st floor.

Both of these places massage is 4 dollars including room for one hour. The rest is up to you. But myself always pay 10 bucks for full service, and service they give you!

But again, you have to talk gentle to them, then anything goes.
