Hey all,
I'm just now learning about FKK and am super interested in going to my first one. I saw Artemis in Berlin was the most famous but some users have said hot girls are not common. So I'm wondering which of the FKK clubs seem to have the best talent ( fit, pretty girls). Thanks!

We do have Medicaid for people living in poverty, but your number is way off. The poverty level for a single person is $13,590. For a family, it depends on the family size. For example, the poverty level for a family of four is $27,750. For a family of eight, it's $46,630. And so on per the rules. If you're not at or below the poverty level for your family size, then I can assure you that you're paying for your health insurance. As most Americans absolutely do!

I have Affordable Care Act insurance. I kinda think you are unaware. Maybe you are saying a family ACA plan for those making under 40,000 isn't free. It is definitely free for a guy with grown children / no children and no wife. It is all good. I mention things that aren't common knowledge. There was no cap at all the year before last. But it depends on family size and how that relates to the poverty guidelines. If you believe that all you have to do is earn less than $40,000 a year and that's it, then you are mistaken. It seems like I am right without a shadow of a doubt. That's four times poverty level.

I pay about 9000 USD per year if my income is over about 100000 USD, then you have to pay 30 % of medical fee yourself and if you are over 70 years old, it is 20 %, and if your single medical treatment exceed over 1000 USD then the government cover the rest no matter the medical treatment, so let say you have hardcore disease and the operation plus the medication cost over 300000 USD, you pay 1000 USD and the government cover the rest, but you have to pay for the bed in hospital which is like around 50 USD per night to about 300 USD for single room per night and for VIP single room sky is limit you find ones that cost 3000 usd or even 10000 usd per night, but it is for real high rollers or politicians etc!
Also care taking for disabled and elderly is included in above national health insurance, but I do not know how that works fortunately!

If you make nothing and you are social support, then you get about 1300 USD per month from the government and all your medical fees no matter the cost is free and same condition as above, basically you get the above insurance for free if you make zero money.
We tried to do all for free if you pay health insurance, then the hospital became the meeting and talking place for elderly people, so it got too packed, so we had to change as people begin to go when they pull their muscle in their ears LOL! And it was costing us too much for nonsense treatments LOL!
This health insurance is only thing that we are happy about! Rest as much as we got the best infrastructure in the world, they are stealing too much money in not billions but in trillions of usd every year! Including the stupid Olympic that nobody wanted!
I love USA and their global strategy, but I truly denounce their medical system! I think education and medication should be free for all people! I mean look at the movie John Q with Denzel Washington! It is heart breaking!
Oh I throw in free monthly sex with beautiful young stunner covered by the government too, but this will never happen, but we monger covered our ass ourselves for that LOL!

I only read the first part of your post but will read the rest later. In all other years, my health insurance is free if my income is under $40,000.

It was interesting to read how it is in Japan. The health insurance I have is intended for people who can't get health insurance from their job. Right now, I pay $25 for an doctor's visit. It is let's say $100 for a specialist doctor visit. Routine preventative things are free. The most expensive routine thing is a screening colonoscopy which is free. If I needed heart surgery or brain surgery it would cost me $6,000 which is the point where the insurance covers every thing. If my health was not good I could end up paying more due to more office visits, medications, etc. I am going to try to study your post some more. Thanks for posting it. I do wonder how things compare. I have the insurance President Obama put in place so everyone can have health insurance. It is suprisingly good if you are semi retired early.

I do wonder under what circumstances health insurance could be cancelled. Let's say I don't pay my iHealth insurance bill along with my tax return. That is how my insurance works. My job isn't paying it because I don't have one. I think they would cancel it. But, I should be able to pay because it is based on income so I could be to blame. Things do happen. But if you earn, you pay more according to how much you make! So it cannot be cancelled, but my personal belief is everyone rich or poor should get same medical treatment covered by the government! I mean what the fuck is this? You tell sick people to go home and die because they don't have stupid printed papers called money? That is insane system to my moral standard! Other shits are each their own, you got money you can get good things if you want, but medical should be given to all people rich or poor!
There is some funny, but not funny joke based on fact with the insurance system in Japan, ok, foreign student who come to Japan to study are required to have health check certificate back home as once they get visa here to study, they can be also in our health insurance system, so we got a number of cases where a student come to Japan to study and they have perfect health certificate from medical doctors from their country (most of time emerging nations) and then once they arrive here and get the health insurance within few weeks of their arrival, they suddenly go to hospital here and suddenly have cancer! So the guess is that, they already had cancer back home, but could not treat it due to high cost, they paid medical doctors in their home nation that is emerging nations so corrupt and get them to give them real but fake perfect health certificate, and they apply for cheaper one year course in college there that cost less than treat their cancer or whatever big disease they have and get it treat here for only 1000 usd and bed price in hospital which they often take the cheapest bed LOL! So the loophole of the system for them treat their big disease for cheaper price! We are trying to figure out the system to block this lately and I wonder if they managed LOL!
