I'm not in Pune currently but reading about LE action made me sad. First of all, it's none of anyone's business as deal is happening between adults with their consent. This is my thought process and by legal means it's contradictory.

I feel sad why such schooling and moral education to people who are regularly paying taxes, doing no harm to anyone, wants to maintain secretive identity and moreover we can't even protest about it.

If anyone has legal knowledge, can you please help explaining if someone gets caught at MP then what are the chances that he will be prosecuted and can he challenge legally to LE act?
