The BGs I asked "how much" always quoted a normal field's BF price. Fields is still at 3 k every where I went, some at 2,500. Drinks were also the same as last year which is great.

My assessment for the casual tourist like myself (locals already know I think) on the state of things in AC is this. Everything is the same except the BGs are slightly more business oriented. Slightly is the key word in this opinion. They are not as cuddly as they used to be but still far more than their Thailand cousins.
