As for talent I agree it changes everyday but the bars that have it and the bars that don't remain that way for months not days. Each bar has a consistent line-up that last approximately 6 months. Day to day changes occur but these bars do not turn over all their BGs every week, it takes approximately 6 months (IMO) for a complete turn over so bar talent is a relevant issue that very few speak of here. I did because I'm old school and learned this years ago, the forum should be about current info, w / some off topic. Now it's the other way around, 90% off topic and a little current AC intel.
The weather is a bit of a stretch I admit but there are cooler months and aberrations during any time of year, so to me it's pertinent information. I've been there in rainy season and it was sunny everyday, maybe that's helpful to a few. The vibe of the town is also relevant (to me). Are the bars busy? Is there a lot of competition between customers? Are people generally happy or is there a lot of beggars and pickpockets about (more so than normal). Just life as a tourist in AC is interesting for me, more so then the long romance novel some guys like to write here.
