If you look at Bangkok, the majority of the bars must close at 2 AM. However Mixx club and CH Agogo are regularily open to 3 or 4 AM. I suspect the same for Pattaya for a few places. Secondly for you to cross Pattaya off you list because Soi 6 is not open before 6 PM or the Walking Street bars close at 3 AM would be kinda ridiculous. If you can't find something to do in Pattaya between 6 PM and 3 AM, then I would suspect you couldn't find it anywhere. There are plenty of options there for P4 P. Online, chat apps, beer bars, Go go bars, discos, Soi 6, and massage. If you are that in need of actionnafter 3 AM, you will find it on We Chat or even just grabbing some food in a local restaurant. It's so easy to meet ladies in Pattaya. Hope that helps!

So the day started out with a 3-islands tour cruise. Before coming to Pattaya and previous days here, I was hoping to find a girl who would go with me, but I wasn't so successful, so I just went alone. Asking them to do 3 somes or having 2 guys take turns banging them isn't in a Thai girl's repertoire. From a mongering perspective the range of options (BR, Soi 6, WS, Soapy, Oilies, Nightclubs, Bars, GoGos, Online), ease of availability, pricing, quality of services it is simply astounding. From an amenities perspective, ease of transportation, pricing and quality of hotels, range, quality and pricing of food, ease of availability of supplies (7/11, family mart, pharmacies, etc) there is no other place that scores as well on all parameters.
So for me, despite the restrictions we are hearing about, this place still tops the list. And I have a weakness for Thai girls (and Pinays, and Viets, and Indos and Chinese and. 5555).
I've been to FKK Sharks, Oase, and GT (Austria). You really can't beat the efficiency of FKK with little to no nagging, set price, and exact delivery anywhere in the world. You can browse girls, pick them up within 1 minute, and if you pay for X service, you fucking get X service. Great for 1 or 2 days of fun.
It really sucked that you still had to play the "game" in Agogo bars. I mean it might be like shooting fishes in a barrel, but you still had to pick the right girl, butter them up, build the right connection, and still not sure if they would deliver as promised or not.
