Monkeypox and smallpox, while not the same, are very similar. Monkeypox differs slightly in that the initial flu like symptoms are more severe than smallpox. So, as a monger, there's your first point of reference if you are concerned about this. You'dthink as well a girl if she has what quite literally feels like the flu is not going to be working either. Don't know about you guys but when I've had the flu it's knocked me out. I'm down for the count. But playing devils advocate if you see a girl that looks Ill there's your first pointer.
