maybe I can help. I suggest you leave passport and CC at you hotel, all you need is cash (and maybe your pack of blue wonders).

Even if LE would request you to identify yourself and do not have your pp with you oit is - despite common believe - not an issue and not even an offence. Worst case what may happen is they want to see it and come with you, German burocracy even has a name for this governmental act: "Pass Einsicht". Actually they even will have to return you to the place where they picked you up (as long as everything is okay with your pass and your goodself). However, this will not grant you a trip through whole Germany - should your hotel in another town or administration district, they do not need to do this and this can cause at least an extended break. So having a hotel within Fankfurt/M, you may leave pp there.

Warning: Should you drive a car yourself, you are legally requiered to have your driving licence with you always. Being unable to present it upon request is an offence and will weaken your assets.

Actually it's not true for every other club and facility but regardless, don't you believe it's better for people to use the electronic safe for items like wallets, CCs, jewelry, passports? Unless you know of a way the safe's code which you program can be compromised, having valuables like CCs, passport, jewelry, cash seems far safer there than in lockers with keys. I'm appreciative Palace management spent the money to install the safes- they're excellent.

Why not? If you loose you key at FKKW, Hof or in a public Spa, everybody can get into your locker. That's what I said and meant.

Yes, put all your valuables in the safe, that's what they are there for. I never used them and I don't like them in the locker, as they take away a lot of space and you can't place your shoes, shirt and suit properly. But as far as I know Palace is the only club with safes and I do also appreciate that they spent the money as a reaction to the things that happened. Would have been better to install a chip-system like at Golden Time.

Goldentime and Living Room have the electronic bands you cannot lose and only open your locker.
