Anytime you bargain with these gals working with "escort services," yes, it can be risky. You simply do NOT know who you're dealing with. At least, not to begin with.

Yes, things can go perfectly well and everyone is happy. You can also agree to meet someone who is lacking in morals and get hit over the head, get robbed, etc. Kind of like the violence in CJ..if not involved in drug laundering, your odds are high you won't have problems. But..walk down the wrong street at the wrong time..and innocents get chopped off as well. I missed the gunfire on Av. Juarez by 10 minutes a few weeks ago..I also was within TWO blocks of the Cesar Palace bar, helping a friend move, at the EXACT time five people got shot..so, I was fortunate. Bottom Line, it's luck..and a number's game.
