Apparently the holiday closings are a two day afffair for many of the establishments I visited in Pattaya last night.

Went to LK Metro for my first time with my GFE lady last night. Really laid back but lively alternative to WS and Sois 7&8. We went to Ninja gogo. Very pretty lineup of dancers, but a low enthusiasm rate, dance wise. But if I was solo I would not have had trouble picking out a lively one to my tastes. My woman enjoys watching the different ladies dancing at various gogos, she said. I didn't want to be a bad customer for her, so I bit the bullet and offered to barfine one for her to have sex with back at the hotel. She laughed good naturedly, and said she doesn't do lesbian. I assured her, with equal tongue and cheek jocularity, that I only wanted to be polite, and make her happy. The BF there is 1000, which would've been an expensive offer for lesbian fun anyway. And I'm sure these gogo primadonnas would've demanded more for ST than the 2000 LT I was paying my GFE.

The gogo and rest of LK closed down at midnight for the holiday. By my girl, who was acquainted with the Ninja mngr, said they'd be open the holiday but not selling booze. Sorry I didn't get hours and more specifics on that.

Some super hero go there and see if the closed till 6 pm Rule is sticking or if it was just for show.

What other areas are worth visiting during the day? The beach front bars like 5-star and the Soi 7 places? Will all of the girls just migrate there?

I didn't care what they did to WS, but touching Soi 6 breaks my heart. Someone go do recon and let the forum know what's happening after Buddha's birthday.

I just walked around in the area of Soi 13. Most beer bars are closed, I saw a few with a handful of customers sitting in the dark and without music.
Massage parlors are open.
And I was chatting for a while with a 'soapy girl' on WeChat who said she was working at the moment. So I guess the soapies are open too.

Full lineup of girls don't show up until 6 pm. But, massage joints are still open so you could check out Soi Honey and Paradise massage. That's honestly what I have been doing in Pattaya during the daytime (not a drinker) as I find the talent there much, much better looking. Paradise Massage in particular, and the whole street + nearby streets like chaiyaporn have massage ladies. Check it out, it's a great daytime area that nobody ever seems to talk about nearly as much as soi 6.
