Thus, it might be illegal in Darmstaft and the taxi drivers at Sharks were just trying to prevent an illegal activity. And maybe there could have been confusion in that case because the Uber driver came from Frankfurt where it it is legal, but tried to make money in Darmstadt where it might not be legal?

Girls who ask you outright in 10 seconds if you want to go to the room, and then get annoyed if you say no, are a bullet dodged. If this is their attitude downstairs it would be likely to be worse in the room. So I wouldn't worry. There are many like this. Often they fall into one of two categories.
