That said, I can't believe that a six year old misdemeanor traffic violation will rule you out. You just have to convince the CPB of your "low-risk status"

It's all done on-line, with an in-person visit scheduled after you're approved.

They definitely run a background check, and ANY traffic tickets, etc, will show up. Arrests / convictions, whether misdemeanor or felony, will certainly show up. I strongly doubt that an old misdemeanor will disqualify you. During my interview it seemed the only thing the guy gave a shit about was employment. Their directions specifically stated pay stubs OR a tax return. So, I broght in my personal and corporate tax returns. Sergeant Dumbass kept insisting that this was no proof that I was still employed and hemmed and hawed. I finally had to get a bit testy and point out that I followed their requests to the letter. If pay stubs were mandatory, they should have stated so and I would have brought them. He relented and approved me. So, my guess is that if you have a job and haven't been a frequent guest of the Greybar Hotel, then you'll be fine.

Oh, the money is non-refundable.

If I was the OP I would say something along the lines of fishing / boating / ATV riding (in Baja) or visiting friends. * You also don't need to confine yourself to Tijuana. Say that you go other places Guaymas or San Carlos etc. I could never get away with that because I live in NYC. That is one of the reasons that I haven't applied for one. They would sniff me out in a moment's notice. Add to that prior misdemeanors for minor drug offenses (years ago!) and I would be out the application fee.

Although I must say crossing the border at 2 am is just as easy and you get to meet nice people while waiting for the trolley!

I told them no. I told them I had friends in SD and Tijuana, and we liked to get together. But the lines were so long, that I refused to put up with it any longer. That seemed OK with them.

Hey guys I'm going to hit up Tijuana tonight. Also I forgot to give my post olympic event on 8/14 so here it goes. During the olympics I'm always inspired by these great athletes by training their whole life for just 1 moment. So after the olympics I hit up Tijuana. First place I went to was adelitas and then after I did MAGALI I went to Hong kong. When I walked in, I noticed it was a little different. For one I noticed the red london telephone booths and second they had the Hong kong symbol embedded into alot of the glass so it looked really nice. Anyways the first girl I did was KENYA, she was blonde and had this really big ghetto booty like it was really out there, she asked for $60 and $15 for the room. Inside she really knew how to work it, not as wild as the MAGALI but definitely worth a second trip. We'll see what happens tonight.

So today I headed to hk a little early (well, as early as I did last week) , had the mighty pleasure of bumping into Tijuana (no surprises there) , and no meseros to hustle me for drinks.

Spotted my chica from last week with her friend, when she saw me, she quickly shoved her friend to make room for me to sit, which I did, her friend 'appears' to have the hots for me (and maybe I will use that to my advantage next time, and maybe incite some unnecessary jealously and let karma catch up with me later. But I digress)

So she started to make some apologies about Tuesday which I quickly cut off and say I don't want to deal with any of that bullshit, and we are what we are and I don't want to play this game with her (well, I want to play my game, my way that is). At some point I asked her if she wanted to go upstairs and she said it was up to me but she needed a couple more drinks, asked her why, she said it makes her hornier (and I am thinking, WTF? Well, at least last time, she was drinking some of my beer for extra boost)

In the room, all GFE as expected with BBBJ, and though while we were downstairs, she mentioned that we should have protection on this time (conveniently 'forgotten' last time) , she just started straddling me. At that time, I thought to myself, why stop a good thing? After she came a few times, she was ready for me to finish my business, I asked her where she wanted me to bust my nut and she told me on her chest, which I gladly comlied.

Anyway, back to reality, at this time, I noticed a chica whom I have been eyeing for a while, she has always always made eye contact, gave her sweet smile, and despite numerous times of just looking but no patronizing, she has always being friendly,

I reminded myself that I set a goal to talk to her this time and I did. Led her down from the mini center stage and quickly learnt that she spoke perfect english and is local from Tijuana, smart gal, we had some good conversation, though the fichas were burning a little quick for my liking, but I really enjoyed her company and it was apparent she enjoyed mine too as she was being very physical (not grabbing my dick that is, but rather, just being very close physically and etc) , as I saw the end of my quota coming up, I had to excuse myself, and told her that we will continue our conversation next time. She was cool about it, and gave me a nice long hug before she left.

For the life of me, I cannot remember her name but I think it is ffff-something-ma, short hair. If anyone has TOFTT, please advise.

Total, I may have spent close to 200 today but overall pretty happy and busted a nice good nut
