Basically, if I were you, I'd contact an attorney in Medellin and ask about the law in reference to what she is saying. Most likely it's a bluff, but who knows. If she sees that you aren't falling for this, she's liable to go tell them that you raped her. While you may not get long-term jail sentence, but would probably spend some time in preventative detention until trial, and you'd spend thousands and thousands to defend yourself. Either way, I would forget about Colombia forever.
As for the extortion, you must know that she will continue to ask for more and more. It will never stop, that's how extortion works.

Extortion is illegal in Colombia. Demanding money in exchange for not swearing out a complaint is extortion. If there is a verified message from the girl to that effect she would have some exposure. If there are also any messages indicating mutual consent for exchanging lewd photographs that would discourage law enforcement involvement.
This is a reminder to me to not start doing something I never considered doing. Publishing nude photographs of myself.

After that, much better options elsewhere, meaning the room rates are too high. You can find a hotel for $50 usd a night with breakfast included. Or get and Airbnb apt. So after a whole day of massive panicking about this subject but talking it through with close friends and even a lawyer I came.
To the decision of all blocked communications in whatsapp and social media, and as you guys suggested I did not send her a single dime. I was thinking it through and there are two most probable things she is going to do with that money a) most likely buy drugs b) or perhaps use that money to contact a prosecuting attorney. Now there is a problem, I won't hear from her probably unless she tries to contact me through another phone in which I will immediately block, but now I am wondering if what Queen35 said is true, where out of spite she were to go and contact the authorities and even where to go and exaggerate and make up lies like saying I raped her or something like that and that puts me in a criminal list where I would be flagged if I ever where to go back to Colombia. Again the only reason why I am concern is because she is the Colombian variation of ghetto trash biotch. She is addicted to cocaine, emotionally unstable, resides in the piece of shit neighborhood of San Javier, and her ex husband the father of her 4 yr old child is a criminal and is actually incarcerated for homicide. I only knew of these details once I got to know her better, it's not like I knew the girl and her background when I found her in parque lleras in the club above the medellin beer factory LOL. But yeah, all around it would suck not knowing if she actually contacted the authorities and not knowing whether I can go to Colombia or not. But being uncertain of being able to go to Colombia or not sure is going to suck ass, I have mongered in a few latin american countries, DR, Mexico, Central America and Colombia, Colombia is sure the best for me (sorry if this will sound a little racist, but it is my taste and preference for women) because a lot of women are more caucasian and more European looking. Mexico and almost all Central America minus Costa Rica women tend to look too indigenous, and DR had a lot of dark and brown skinned women. Not to mention Costa Rica is more expensive than Colombia, you can find very attractive whitish girls in el centro de medellin or in barrio santa fe in Bogota charging $15-$20 USD and Costa Rica is more than 3 x that amount for someone remotely close as sexy. So yeah definitely it would suck ass to never be able to travel to Colombia again because of a ghetto biotch. Any domain or public website where one can check people who are in the wanted list in Colombia or its flagged? LOL.
