Hi,
Has anyone tried freelancers that advertise on ThaiFriendly?
Some of them assist at their rooms in Condos. Is that safe? Are the photos real?
As I am not really into bars and all that stuff, I am interested in more discreet options like freelancers during the day. So I wonder if the ones on ThaiFriendly could be a solution.

Soi 6 seems good recently. More pretty girls than I remember.

If your girl is on the lower half of the scale then maybe that would mean nobody ever takes her so there is less probability of her contracting something and passing it on to you.
I did a bit of exploring today. Went to soi 6 and soi buakhao. I am not sure I was at soi buakhao. I am pretty sure I found soi diana or soi LK metro. I know I was on soi bukhao. I found one place off buakhao full of bars and gogos. Buakhao worried me I was going to get ran over. There is no sidewalk and lots of traffic. I am not sure I am going back. The Web page I found on it really talked it up, but I don't know.
The thing I don't like about the gogos on walking street is they are all doing the same thing at the same time. When I was here long ago, beach club was my favorite. They had small dance stages spread out across the club. So if one set of dancers didn't seem interesting I would watch another. I went into several gogos this trip where it is 20 girls lined up on one stage just gyrating monotonously. Some where they never took their top off. The worst, they did that, and after what seemed 10 minutes would rotate one dancer over. All this to just a loud dance beat. I like music that you want to hear in a club.
I also found soi 6. I'm not sure what to think of it either. It seems cool and I will go back again tommorrow. It has several BJ bars. There are many other bars that look the same as a BJ bar so I don't know what I am entering when I go I to one. There were a lot of girls and quite a few young, pretty ones. I would like to find me a really pretty small young woman and there were some there. I am going to get the girl from post below tommorrow and probably the one from a few posts ago on Tuesday, so maybe on Wednesday. Studying ways with arms or Adams apple or big feet or tall leaves me not too sure.
Motobike. I have a well reviewed taxi service for transportation from airport to BKK and then to Pattaya. Does anyone have a goto motorbike favorite that speaks decent english? I plan on being everywhere all throughout the day / night for some good reports. Motobike seems like a easier way with less walking. Especially when visiting some of the off-the-beaten path gentleman clubs, spas and restaurants. As well as Benjamit coffee shop, fountain of youth, temple of truth and beertopia. In Pattaya I will be utilizing the baht bus most of the time. But anyone have a good local motobike favorite that understands english?

Thanks.[/QUOTE]I could be wrong so beware. I know it can be hard to tell a ladyboy from a woman sometimes. I accidently went into a ladybar gogo and pass by ladyboy bars on the different streets. With a bunch of them together you will notice. First off there will be a lot of tall "women". I mean the majority and I notice without thinking about it. Second maybe some lady boys are beautiful, but some just look like men. If you see several women who look like men in a bar, then maybe up your awareness. Of course if I am wrong then I wouldn't know so like I said take my post for what its worth.
I take the baht bus. I think it is better way to see city. But if you want motorbike driver they are everywhere. Just take the closest one. If they don't speak enough english just go to the next one, or take a baht bus. Motorbikes will be better if you are headed somewhere specific that takes some getting used to, but for motel to bars baht bus will work fine unless your motel is some place odd.
You might be better off waiting for someone e with more experience then me for a better answer though.

I have never had an issue when I have sought clarification. "Are you ladyboy?" if yes, simply tell them that they are very beautiful but you want a lady, get up and leave. Under no circumstances be disrespectful or show aggression. Trust me, I have seen other rookies freak out and lose it. This has ended in blood on occasions. Not Thai blood. As far as arms and Adam's apples goes, be weary. In this country we have many skilled plastic surgeons. My checklist is 1) Height. 2) Voice. 3) Veins on back of hands. Its perfectly normal to have the fear of encountering the Katoey. It was something I was always got nervous about as well. These days I ask up front, compliment them and even have bought them a beer. But make it clear you don't want that little something extra. Good luck.

If you closed your eyes, could you tell the difference whether there was a man or woman talking to you? Ladyboys do not sound like women. Maybe it is like magic; you let your eyes fool you.
This 300mtr long Soi starts from triangle bar, just off soi buakhow opposite LK metro entrance.
You will find tens of massage places one after the other.
Each will have from 3-4 to 10-12 girls of any kind, shape, age and. Gender (not strictly dedicated, so you need to be atebyive of that is not your scene and ask before picking, even if some are prey obvious).
Walk it up and down to get a feeling before choosing one where to lay your bones.
Prices are average on 200 baht for the venue, a sort of BF / ST bed with curtain partitions.
The fee to the girl you negotI ate directly, even of one thousand bahts will make them happy and not moaning.
Cheap Charlie's can possibiy negotiate for less. Being now a buyer market there might be a good Success rate.

Pattaya is a bit different than BKK for gogo bars. In Nana, there are many gogo bars that have ladyboys interspersed with girls. there are also many gogo bars in Nana that are strictly ladyboys. In Pattaya, off the top of my head I can only think of one ladyboy gogo bar named Katooey R Us or something like that, located near Windmill. there are 2 or 3 other gogo bars in Walking Street and LK Metro with what I believe are the odd ladyboys in them but they are very obvious ladyboys.

If not, she may have wanted to tell you in a different way that your tip was too small.

As for tips, when I stay in a hotel with decent maid service, I usually leave 1 or 2 bills on the bed for them (20 - 40 baht depending on how messy the room was from the previous night). Then when they make up the bed, they understand it's a tip. Otherwise, I hand them a tip directly.
The woman who took my shoes said she did it to make sure I came back the next day. She also suggested several times no condom and later told me she wants a baby with a farang.
