He's not doing research. If he did some research he would know that what he is doing is, at best a waste of time and at worst a ruined trip.

For the guy asking, TLN is "Toda La Noche" or all night. The prices he is being quoted are in Colombian pesos. 600,000 COP is about $200 USD. Any Colombian woman quoting prices in dollars should be avoided, but you're unlikely to find that.
There are many women here who will carry on long Whatsapp exchanges with you. Every few days they will have a family emergency and can you please send money.
Most of the women advertising on the sites are only interested in talking to you when you are ready to do business. Whatever deal you make with them disappears once they find out you're not even in the country. Trying to schedule with them more than a few hours in advance is a waste of time. Someone else will call and they've forgotten about you.
Planning TLN with a stranger from an ad site is a bad idea, especially if she's quoting 600 k. Research will show that many use fake or outdated pictures. There's also no way to gauge her performance. Even if she shows up looking incredible, she might be lousy, she might not do what you want or she might have hygiene issues. By the time you discover the problem she's expecting the TLN rate.
If you insist on trying to preschedule, don't bother until you're under 24 hours away. Schedule 1 hour, not TLN. Expect her to be 30 to 120 minutes late. Don't be surprised if she's a no show.

BTW, they usually start high because they expect you to bargain them down, but in your case they're looking to see if they can get an astronomical price. They probably don't want to TLN With someone they never met.
Save yourself some time, and their time, get off the silly back pages and go meet them face to face. It's really much better.

Just this past May I met a chick on a chat app and had her come over for all night $23. Well when she got there she was not to my liking. I admit I've never been there (I don't know how could I justify a trip there for business reasons. The cover is getting short for KL and Singapore already, imagine for Thailand or Philippines), BUT I've read enough to allow me to claim I am somehow "expert" of pros and cons there. But, as Colombia can be, it is full of scammers. I don't know why, but there is a whole lot of difference between Pinays met overseas and who can be faced in their country. If I hire a Pinay maid in Europe, I KNOW I can give her my home keys and everything will be safe. No joke. Those ladies are 100% reliable and honest. The back side of the coin is that if I cross the path of a Pinay girl in the street in my country, I will be fully transparent for her. No way to flirt. They seem to only walk from home to workplace to church and back.
Conversely, as you probably know well, in Philippines one meets a potential good girlfriend or lover every 5 minutes, but also should be extremely careful with new girls met not only in night places.
In short, I think it could have been worse for you. In your case, the girl was simply ugly and dirty. Imagine you take home a scammer who tries to steal something, or brings drug and calls police friends to make some money with the foreigner, or simply comes and do nothing.
What I learned, doing my mistakes and paying my bill, is to plan and negotiate just for a ST, in call cases with any girl from any source, could be the top night club in town or the street corner where drug addicts gather. There is always the opportunity to extend, the same night or in the future, but only with who "deserves it".
