Taxis and restaurants and possibly your hotel will be the biggest issues. You'll need to point at the menu a lot. It can lead to frustration. You can use Google translate some times.

The other thing, how well do you take advice? My first mongering trip was to the DR and I did lots of research and asked for and got a lot of good advice. Then I decided I knew a better way. It took me 6 hours to realize my plan would be a complete disaster and very expensive. Ended up with only 1 wasted day and only about $200 wasted, before I followed the advice of the experts. The rest of the trip was great.

The advantage of the Mansion is you don't need to do anything. There will be an experienced guest there with enough Spanish to help you out. Between all the guests you'll probably have a good trip.

If you don't want to wait, you can still do it. Download the Medellin casa map and the pdf file of casa locations. Do your research. For casas, New Life is probably your best bet. Cost for 30 minutes is 50,000 COP. You pay after and get charged for the total time in 15 minute increments. You can spend a full hour and still be cheaper than a mansion girl.

The other best option is Energy Spa, 140,000 COP per hour.

Strip clubs are mostly a night time endeavour. Fase Dos is your best choice. Don't expect it to be great until late. Price is 190 k plus drinks. The El Centro clubs can have some gems, but the rooms are. Let's just say whatever you're laying on has been laid on many times since it last was washed. Many casas also don't bother changing sheets.

If you find a place that's chica friendly, you can bring back girls. You can find some good, expensive offerings in Parque Lleras, especially after midnight. Many will ask for crazy amounts. Stick to your guns and they will come down. Cien y cincuenta mil (150 k) to doscientos mil (200 k) is the real price. If your room isn't chica friendly, there are short time options. Most expensive is probably Motel Ibiza. Super nice rooms, but can cost up to 100 k at peak times. Most girls and taxi drivers know a place you can go.

On Friday and Saturday nights Jenson's bar hosts a party for mongers. There's a cover charge which covers the cost of giving taxi fares to girls to show up. You'll meet several gringo locals and after 9 pm there will be available girls there. Price for most is around 150 k. First one, I counted 21 different girls. Jenson's is just a short walk from the middle of Parque Lleras.

I'm usually available during the day or Sunday and Monday nights. PM me advance notice and I'll go with you to pop your cherry, or help you figure out how to order food.

One little warning. Just recently I was approached by 2 girls in Parque Lleras. They were obviously together and 1 was more forward than is usual. They both looked young, but one looked like a tranny to me. My gut said something was wrong and I wasn't hunting that night, so I got away from them. Maybe 1 was a tranny, maybe one was too young. Maybe they are thieves or are working with the police. Or maybe I missed a good thing. The thing that seemed way off was when she said "see'Mon. Sucky, sucky" after I wasn't interested. So it has became nonexistant. As to listening to advice, my first was in Germany so all I did was read the forum and go to Germany, and also I research alot before doing anything like deciding between medellin or sao paulo. So I practically got everything covered.

She leaves the room then the girl she let in for the bathroom starts screaming her phone is stolen. I told her it was the girl and took off to nearest taxi. Time to try something new.

This is all about me. I'm astonished anyone would schedule their visit to a major city based on the availability of a room at any single hotel or whatever the mansion is. I just don't get it. It's me.

They call me asking me where I am at or ask me how to get to my destination, I think. Geez! All that information is in the Uber app. But Uber works. I use it all the time.

Restaurants: The name of the meal usually doesn't translate using Google translate. It seems the name of the dish is not a proper Spanish word. You have to use the translator on the description of the dish.

I point a lot. It works.

I get frustrated, but since I have the money, they (the waiter and girls) are patient. Everything works out.

At 10:30 PM, didn't see any girls. Do girls start coming in at midnight? I was at Gusto at 11:30. Not that crowded. There were some freelancers. Then around midnight, people started to come in. Many people came in bringing in their dates. I also saw a group of backpacker types come in. I didn't really like the scene at Gusto.

The girls you saw were probably the waitresses. One girl showed around 10 pm, but sat at the bar hidden from most of the guys. I'm probably the only one who saw her. 15 minutes later she was gone. 2 girls did show up around 11. Then about midnight a group of 4 showed, but I think they were looking for a sucker to pay for their night out.

Of the girls that showed, both looked good to me. I was lined up to take 1, because the other had spent her time talking with another guy. When he left alone, she joined our group. Another guy was interested in the one I had planned to pull. To me either was a good choice, so I swapped. Left with her around 12:30. No complaints from me.

Might have been slow because of whatever the holiday is. The rain and cool weather probably didn't help much.

Jenson's is going to be hit or miss for awhile. The girls show if the guys are there. The guys show up if the girls are there. I have always paid up front with those girls, so far about a dozen times with no problems. Not much to risk, $10 to $15. Hmmmm. So she took off after you wouldn't pay her up front or what? The entrance was initially strange for me. It's a door that leads upstairs, but there wasn't a doorman hawking the place. I thought maybe the place was closed. Luckily, 4 guys just came up and I followed them.

I thought the lineup was decent. In my scale (I have a tough scale), a few girls were 6's. I prefer a 6 that does everything, rather than a 10 that doesn't do much. 2 of the 4 girls I had wanted 50 K COP tip to do BBBJ.

I like the rooms. It seemed cleaner than all the other places I've experienced. It seems all the rooms had a bathroom and shower, with towels. It had colored bed sheets; hence you can't see the cum and spit stains, so it's not as disgusting since you can't see it. LOL!

I like that you pay afterwards; hence you don't have to state how much time you want at the beginning. If you finish early, you pay less. If you take more time than normal, you get a discount on the hour pricing.
