In many cases, they would offer it themselves, if you say that "your price is beyond my budget, I wish you luck, take care, dear". Always Always Always treat them with kind respect, it works. She might not agree to your price on the very day you ask for, maybe she already has a high paying customer, but she will keep in mind how you treated her.
Secondly, always start the conversation by greeting her, asking how she is doing. Ask for her pic or if you have already seen it, give her a nice compliment, thing like, "You look so pretty, I wish I could have coffee with you", or simply, "you are quite pretty". You get the gist, right?
Thirdly, make discounts on her services. Like if she is offering Anal, you just say that you don't want any kinky stuff, just good full service. By saying so, you have already laid the ground rule of expecting a discount. Just say you need to spend good time with GFE.
