As others have pointed out, there is a risk the girl may not show. However, I have personally done this several times with good success and so far, no failures. If you don't mind a bit of hiking, the highest peak on Cebu Island (Oslob) provides geographic features superior to Choco Hills. I did both trips and I did both with a Filipina. It's more fun in the Philippines with a Filipina!
