Sounds good in theory, but I don't think I could pull it off.

Getting a vendor to agree on your price, and then backing out is a huge faux-pas when bargaining (unless you discover at the last minute that something [I]obvious[/I] is wrong with the goods). If you don't name the price, it's OK to back out on any or no pretext, but if you offer 1500 and she agrees to your price, backing out of the deal requires a solid excuse to avoid being offensive.

I presume this is why you don't see people talking about this method -- it's one of those implicit social things that most people feel is off limits.

Plus there are other factors involved that could let you bargain down the price, like how well you get along with the girl. There have been a couple of times where a girl told me that I don't have to pay barfine if I don't mind coming back after she's done with work, which in itself saves you 500-700 baht, but I guess that depends on how randy you are and if you can wait until 2 am haha.

She says 2500, you can say things like:

1. Why you do not like 1500?
2. I think many men can give you 1500 and you will be happy.
3. I think 1500 better for you.
4. If 2500 then you will be too rich. You only need 1500.

That is where having game comes into play. You have to tailor it to the situation at hand. You are not getting her to agree to your price as much as you are seeing if she will come down from the first price that everyone who comes in the door gets told.

I already know she might say it is free for you tonight, depending on the circumstances and the man. That would be true of any woman even if she insists that will never happen. Just as well as I know there are activities she will or will not engage in depending on the circumstances and the man. As such, asking her for the sake of casual curiosity tells me nothing. Maybe there is some side advantage to engaging in this theoretical negotiation ahead of that moment that I haven't thought of yet. But for now I still think I will work my best deal on the money and the performance delivered when I really mean what I am saying and am fully prepared to either accept right here and now if the terms are right for me or walk if they are not. No bluffing, no casual curiosity, no theoretical negotiation. I think the lady knows when you really mean what you are asking for and offering or not and this method appears to be announcing with a megaphone that you really don't. Most guys look at it as the girl is doing them a favor by letting them fuck so they have no problem giving what is asked, and in some cases consider it a bargain. You and I look at it as we are trying to do them a favor and put some money in their pocket so they should think hard about taking what is on offer. (Plus we are not bad guys so they are sure to have a decent time with us.) And if she does not accept it then it is off to the next that will, because we do not get set on having a particular girl.

I do not think it has much to do with how long you have been in a place as much as it has to do with your ability to talk shit. However, I don't post about the numerous freebies or going out with a top gogo girl for the amount of her barfine or maybe 1000 baht to her mainly because it's not applicable to the average tourist reader on this site. I also consider it to be a form of bragging. It is true when you become a known face who has a good reputation there are many perks with the girls.
