Suggest you change your selection strategy: Choose the puppy who chooses you.
Hard to tell from your post, but perhaps you can do better by being more selective in the women you choose.
"Choose the puppy who chooses you" means look for the girl who proactively makes eye contact a with you and smiles. Choose the ones who look like they REALLY want you to choose them. If you are just tagging the hottest babe you see you have no idea if she likes you or if she can even stand to be near you. Sure they will all take your money, but that doesn't mean they will perform.
Next: Don't wait until you have dropped a huge roll on lady drinks before you ask her one simple question: "Can I bar fine you?" If she doesn't eagerly say yes, don't bother buying any drinks and move on. There are thousands of women there, high season or low, and you only need ONE to make you happy. Be patient, be selective, ask questions, set expectations before you invest too much money or time. This ain't love. It's business. So evaluate and negotiate, then consummate.

If you do better with your approach, do your approach and have fun. My best experiences have come from my approach, which is why it is "my approach. " And there are an unlimited number of other strategies that work better or worse for others.
My point, which I suppose I did not articulate well, is to take your time and consider more than just physical appearance on some subjective / arbitrary "hotness scale. " Even you qualified your advice by saying ". Decide if that is the person. ".

Woke up this morning feeling good. Talked some shit on ISG. Made a real estate deal. Then hit the streets of Pattaya to run errands. Took my laundry to my usual shop. Met the owner who is always full of smiles for me. Making small talk about her enjoying her day off. Set the time when the laundry will be ready. Always thanks me for my business.
