Hey guys,

I have a question for the more experienced mongers out there. How does Semana Santa affect our sport? I know that it is a holy week that runs from 13 April through 20 April this year, and most businesses close during this time frame, so does that mean the chongos close too? I am planning a trip that will have me landing right in the middle of this timeframe, and I'm curious what options are going to be available.

Thanks in advance for any information that you guys may have.

About 15 girls there. None better than a 6. Mostly 3 to 5 though.

Lots of guys sitting around and doing nothing. Girls seem friendly but due to quality and state of the facilities there I didn't do anything.

My opinion is that if you look for a bargain this may be your place but you got to able to deal with a rough environment and may have to close your eyes during the deed.

This place is still going strong. Closes at 10 PM, and I think opens at noon.

Went there around 6 PM this past Saturday. It was Easter weekend, so selection wasn't that great. Mostly 6-8 range, with one chica doing a nice strip show. $3 cover (no drink) and beers were $3.50 for Club (local) or $6.00 for Corona. $20 fichas, but I was not inspired to partake.

A report on these two chongos, both just east of the Mariscal Trole stop on 10 de Agosto:

122 Bolivia has the bigger and better selection of girls. Entry (beer) is $2. 75 Pilsner or $3.00 Club $12 ficha. Frequent strip routines and usuallly 20-30 chicas during the afternoon. There is a 122 above the door, on your left as you walk down Bolivia from 10 de Agosto.

122 Juan Morillo is smaller, and somewhat lower quality. Entry (beer) is $2. 50 and $10 ficha. Also worth a visit.

Both are quite good in their price range. 122 Bolivia has the slightly nicer rooms and some very fuckable chicas.

Anyone know why the police are closing the clubs down after only a few minutes / hours of operation? Seems like this week it has been rampant for clubs like Cafe Rojo. 155 and Apple.

Anyone want to meet for a few beers and visit a few chongos?

I am going back to Holland at end of this month, so let me know soon if interested. Grew up in Mexico and speak fluent Spanish.

Apple was open on Friday with a good selection of chicas. $3 entry, and $3 beers. Had a nice session ($20 ficha) with a very experienced Colombiana. Room and bed was certainly above average. All good except I put my beer down for 30 seconds to greet her and my beer was swiped. I shrugged it off as a lesson learnt.

Probably 2 X as many guys but most just standing around and watching the girls. Clean rooms and all very business like. Nothing to complain for $20 a round.

Went last night about 8 PM. Good selection of girls ranging from 6 to 8. Probably 15 to 20 girls. Pretty busy and lots of traffic. Was interested in a couple of nice looking ones but waited too long and they were picked up by other guys.

Hooked up with a girl from Cali in Columbia, Veronica is her name. Huge rack (didn't feel as good as they looked) and nice body. Went upstairs and to wait for about 10 minutes. Not too bad.

Room was clean and comfortable.

Place is nice and I felt safe.

122 Bolivia is the best place in Quito in my very experienced opinion. Although most of the girls are not very hot, there are always 2-3 very cute ones and I've always had a nice time. If you're into GFE (as I am), then this is the place. As long as you discuss it ahead of time and promise a tip, the girls are very sincere and accommodating. The entry is $2.75 and the fiche is $12. If you tip a couple of bucks you can be out the door for under $20.

I must stress that discussing the GFE and the tip AHEAD of time are crucial. Once they know they're getting a tip, they're VERY accommodating and you can take your time.

I've found that places like Cafe Rojo are nice, but the girls seem more businesslike and not as warm and sincere.

Any recommendations for a good place to watch the World Cup? Particularly the Ecuador game.

I was hoping for a chongo, but the first game is on a Sunday.

Has anyone been to 817 Espectador why Los Shyris recently? Is it still recommended and cheap, or does anyone know of other good massage places? I haven't seen any new posts about it in a while.
