Based on what was said about the 2 Sovann, at least the one arrested seem to deserve it.

The main reason why this scam works is not because of the newbies on ISG that head to Cambodia and not reading about this and falls for the trap. The members of ISG makes up a very very small % of all the suckers that head over to these brothels. I can't even count the number of times I'm at a bar and listening to "1st time male tourist" about how they got ripped off. It's this main group of people that keeps the scam profits going.

The answer is, Yes, if you are getting them from FL hangouts, and streets. Not so much from the better well know establishments.

Sovann Mee sounds about right. Sovann is his first name? He did have a web site showing a lot of girls.

He was banned from ISG for posting his email and phone number.

He drove me to some of the best restaurants in PP and he refused to join me for dinner. He never proposed anything. He was just driving me to wherever I asked him.

not too difficult to tell if someone is a yank, a brit, a spaniard or german.
however it does not make a big difference. western european ****s face criminal charges in their own country for acts committed abroad as well. this is not an american only law.
