South China - Guangzhou

I was at one of my favorite legit massage places in Panyu last night. This place is so clean, it squeaks! Even they have been told that they cannot even dim the lights in the room anymore at the direction of local LE. Not very relaxing a massage with bright lights beaming down on you.

I reckon this crackdown is not going to be over anytime soon. I have not seen it so bad for so long in the 20 years I have lived in China.

I was surprised with all inflation going through the roof in the last few years in China, the Colombiana in Kama still hold the price at 600 RMB for ST, at least 1.5 months ago when I was there. Maybe because many of the guests in KAMA are hard bargainer...LOL. At this rate, they really need to do at least 2 guys per night to be able to stay around, and send home some help to their kids or families. The last couple years I have befriended with a few of them, and did some toda-la-noche with them. Even without pre-agreement on the charges they were all happy with the equivalent of $200-300, mostly on the higher end.

I normally exchanged message with them before my arrival, so they would wait for me at the club. We would then enjoy a few drinks together before we left for other clubs or my hotel. Unfortunately, my favorite of the bunch had gone home to Medellin. Though there are still quite a few attractive girls there, I found myself not enjoying this Club any more.
