You are missing a very important factor here though! Its about freedom. All said and done, we are in a sharia run country and any minor slip up can land you in trouble. You have to constantly keep looking over your shoulder, whereas Thailand and Amsterdam are far less risky.

I know it's a Sharia law but I have never noticed anything about this, not have I ever changed my behaviour on that.

Now I'm not saying this to brag, but just to tell you that I am feeling free. Sure I don't ever cause any trouble, don't or hardly drink alcohol, no kissing on taxi or elevator, etc.

Does anyone here has different experiene? Eager to learn about this because maybe I am taking great risks without being aware of them. Thanks.

Tourist and mongers like us brings lot of business to clubs and bars. They will not disturb you. But we all need to be careful with recent reports on AMPS. I have been here for more than 20 years and regular visitors to bars, our favorite clubs etc. Not on a single occasion I felt risk. But you have to be cautious going into shady places. Better avoid them. You are fine with good pickup clubs and take the girl to green hotel.

I also feel free and enjoyed my time here like many of us in Dubai.

Interesting discussion about the risk factor in Dubai, considering it is a so called Islamic country. Last month when I was about to leave St. George hotel with my regular Uzbek, just as she was going to the washroom before we were leaving, there was CID at the reception. She was warned by her contacts and stayed in the washroom. Apparently CID come sporadically and arrest / deport WG's. Riding with a WG in a taxi in such circumstances is a no no, so we took separate cabs to my hotel.

My question here is, if one were to get busted while either in the company of a WG in a hotel room, in a compromising position or in a cab with a WG during one of those raids, does the monger get into any trouble or do they just arrest / deport the lady? My lady friends have told me over the years that it will only be them that would get into trouble, but I have no idea and have never been in such a situation, so keen to know what's the worst that could happen to me?

And yes, just be sensible and use common sense. No kissing or touching in public, use discretion. Take separate taxis when necessary. I myself use Uber (Lexus) when I leave clubs, the rides are better, the drivers also more professional than the usual crap you find in Dubai with Indo / Pak drivers, and I feel more safe and comfy.

So I am pretty sure they just let you go.

My experience with the taxi drivers is excellent, BTW. These Indian and Pakistani taxi drivers are nice enough, if you just start some small talk. In the 5 years so far, I have shared taxi with several girls and the driver was always very friendly. No need to move away from RTA to Uber for that reason.

Again, normal behaviour in taxi. Holding hands max.

.[/QUOTE]I have never heard in my last many years in Dubai that customers are taken away if they are found out with girls. It is invariably girls who get jailed or deported. They will check the ID of a man or his passport / visa copy and let him walk away. In the recent raids on AMP, girls are behind the metal thing and not the men.
However there were cases where there was a fight in the room on money issue or service issue and someone has called police. Then both were in trouble and the case was in court. There was also a case of British woman where she and the man in question was in trouble.But these are few incidents which are not related to our mongering.

I will like to hear if anyone has different take on this.

I am segmenting my report into three sections.

My personal experience- 8 trips.

My friends who have business in Dubai but do not stay there and make 6-7 trips a year for over a decade.

And couple of people I know who own hotels.

Personal Experience.

Never violate hotel policy do what they say. If it's a red hotel then find a green one in Deira / Bur Dubai there are so many. King Park Hotel Al Rigga road admitted me with just a soft copy of my passport. The girl had hers of course. If you want to take your girl to a red hotel book an extra room then she becomes a hotel guest of equal status.

Flush your condoms down the drain and don't throw them in the dust bin.

Don't leave cash, condoms, mobile phones littered all over the place.

Always have a little extra cash on you to pay the person off if you get into some trouble. Eg I once went to a girls apartment (avoidable) and paid her 3000 AED upfront. After we were done she came and stood in front of me and did not let me leave saying she wants a gift. To this I took out my wallet and showed her only 700 AED and paid her 300 and left. This can happen if you're on someone else turf.

Avoid making out in public.

My friend's experience.

My pals always pay the girl 50 AED and tell them to follow in a separate taxi.

They stick with Europeans, Asians- avoid Arabs specially those who cannot speak English.

Nobody has ever got into trouble and we are talking in excess of 200 punts.

The only time they had trouble was when using what's app and a black girl had to be paid 2000 AED to get her out of their way. Stick with club pick ups and avoid massage parlours they get raided more often.

In their mind it is a quieter Bangkok where everything is happening but nothing is advertised.

My contacts who own hotels.

There is a CID in Dubai which visits hotels with multiple agendas if they see something suspicious they may ask a few questions look at CC TV footage and leave. Customers are never harassed. The hotels are troubled at times- 1 warning- 10 Black points, 2nd warning-20 black points, 3rd warning administrative action. The hotels are harassed not customers as long as you keep a low profile.

If there is a theft and your cash. Mobile is stolen and you don't report it you will be fine.

What happens is if an Arab customer is stolen he always calls the cops. The cops show up and harass the hotel and want them to solve the Arab customers problem. The fact that the hotel allowed prostitution is a secondary matter. Solve the issue with regard to theft first.

I have met in 2018-- 2 individuals over dinner who work for the administrative offices in Dubai. And over dinner the subject of pick up joints came and there was an honest acceptance of reality.

I think if your smart and prepared to pay off someone if you're in trouble your very safe. Keep a low profile as far as possible.

I was at the Premier yesterday one hour after midnight. There were so many good looking Syrian girls. You can spot them easily as they do not wear sexy outfit. They only wear long pants with tank top. They do not even wear high heal shoes.

I do not know how much they charge or what kind of service they offer. Usually Arab WG are very picky and do not like to go with mongers from certain nationality.

You gave a perfect description: they look good event though they are very modestly dressed. I spoke to a few of them, they approached me, but most of them were smoking heavily so we didn't get into negotiations. I guess its 2 k+.

My experience was good to decent, they don't do BJ or kissing, but YMMV. And I hope the quality at Premiere is better than the disappointing Syrian lot at Broadway. I will check Premiere out next week when I'm in Dubai.

The target location is about 200 meters from the taxi stand around the curb so you never see it coming. The first time they only checked the taxi drivers ID and gave him a warning about the speed. Second time they asked me for my ID. Don't know what would have happened if I was in the back seat with female company. Just something to think about when leaving Premier.

Lakeside.[/QUOTE]When was this mate, I've never encountered something like this in dxb ever and never outside premiere, it's one of the safest pick up clubs which is also open in Ramadan.

You can have the police outside African clubs or other run down places in naïf or other places in Deira but never in a place like premiere.
