Nobody goes there under the assumption that the place is full of chicks that are not hookers. A person that will not have sex for money is the outlier when talking about AC bars.

So when asking if people from a big ass group within a bar can be barfined then the default answer should be yes. I have probably never seen more than 10 other customers in Ra. This was my sixth trip to AC and the first time I had used social media. My experience pretty much mirrored those of Dzika Bomba's.

According to their privacy statement they are not storing the chat sessions on their servers but only on the devices of the people chatting with eachother. Of course the chats are still passing their servers so maybe the Chinese government is monitoring them but even if they do, what can they do with it when you are not in China?

As far as getting money back from bars when girls don't perform maybe you are not aware that there are very strict rules regarding bars selling pussy, many bars have been raided for exactly this.

In all instances I had known the girl or mommasan from before. Most of the times I had texted the girl to come to my hotel from the bar and I would pay the barfine to her. A few times in the bar I did not have enough money on hand for the barfine and the mommasan let me BF the new girl and I would pay her later.

Sometimes a problem of not paying the BF upfront is that the girl will have to go back to the bar before closing time and pay the BF. Some could use this as an excuse to go home after paying. I had that happened once to me. The other times it is just a plain interruption and cost extra trike money for the girl to come back.
