CIM is more a fetish than ritualistic sex, so generally few girls actually know what that is. Technically it is by product of carnal imagination and self imposed pleasure ritual.

Never use soap, use coconut oil generously which is not only anti bacterial but also PH neutral. After BJ ensure you wash it with a topical solution of 5 drops of non synthetic apple cider (with mother) and dilute thi with 100 ML water and clean the glans and tip thoroughly, tingling sensation will be there for 5 to 10 minutes but it is a sure shot way to kill manifesting bacteria and neutralize the PH.

Never use bar soaps and shower gels.
