The asian diet is full of fried food, but either the ingredients or what is never heavy as the western food. You can have a significant Asian meal and never feel over heavy as with western food after one dish. More vegtables, maybe? Don't underestimate the lack of cheese and diary products in the Asian cuisine, another fat factor (not to mention cholesterol etc).

It is time, as promised, to summarize my thoughts on the Asian travels completed today. Here it goes:

The punch line – the added value of an Phils / Thai mongering trip grows exponentially to the age of the punter. This value is also decreases with the lengh of stay. In other words, older punters with plenty of time to spare at Phils / Thailand will benefit the most from these places. For young, good looking guys on a relatively short trips – it is perhaps worthwhile waiting for 20 years to maximize the value of such a trip (unless, of course, there is a direct introductions form local contacts involved or all expenses paid business trip) and rather focus on German FKKs or their home grounds.

Now – in more detail. I've conducted extensive tasting of Manila and Bangkok. Few points on the author, so to speak – to understand my perspective. I'm relatively young, not on a budget. I have ample options to f*k for free 7s (in looks) , if not 8s in the West (I know, I know – there now such thing 'for free', but I chose not to account here for the investment of time, meals, drinks, etc that female companionship typically require). I understand that most humans are driven to P4P scene by their lack of either companionship or satisfaction of sex fantasies. Or both.
