I am going to be in Panama city next week if anybody wants a guided tour of Baro boca Torena. I will be in town till the 27th. Then off to D.R. then Barranquilla for carnival. Can you believe car rentals for under 7 dollars a day at the airport I think I am over paying the girls in boca torena at ten dollars.

I am heading into Pamana for a couple of weeks getting in on the 12Th. I will be heading to Baro Boca Torena as soon as i cheek into my hotel. If anybody wants a guided tour of Boca i will be there. I got a car rental at the airport for under 7 dollars a day the girls at boca charge ten 4 goes to the room and they get to keep 6 what a great country.

You dont need a prescription, but I cant remember the name of it.

Are you thinking of lortabs? They're a combination of acetaminophen and some synthetic narcotic that's like codeine -- really good for high fever and I've been told for coughing. Anyway, just ask the pharmist for "pastillas de 15 miligramos de codeina y acetaminofen".

I ram esearching possibly taking a trip to PTY next weekned. I haven't been here in a few years. What are the best girl friendly hotels either in or within walking distance to El Cangrejo area (Via Espana, etc....)? Price range $40 to $100. Also, if you could give contact info (email, website, etc......)

Last time I stayed in Plaza Paitilla which wasn't bad. In the past alot of people used to recommend Hotel Montreal, is this place still popular?

I'm in PTY for a month in a week. I prefer the latina look to the black/african look, and ideally I could be near Panama City. Any suggestions of where I should go/stay? Want somewhere safe too, with rent being no more than $15-$20 a day.

All tips/advice appreciated as it's my first time in the area.

You should look at the public parks or the street, is a good place to stay for people without money.

I just got finished reading some of Rey's posts and am a little confused. Is Bodeguita the same as Interiorana or Bocatorena, or are these three separate places? And if they are different, what are the differences in terms of atmosphere, price, and quality?
