For four weeks. I will be in Santo Domingo for a few nights, ten nights in Sosua, then to some beach on the south shore (maybe Bararhona) for ten nights, and the then back to Santo Domingo. I am an older man who would like to have a female companion in Sosua- slender, and seductive. I like to swim at the excellent swimming beach in Sosua, so I want a chica who looks great in a bikini. I have already made contact with a number of women on Dominican Cupid, but I really would like to find a women who is not only attractive, but knows how to excite a man.
I speak pretty good Spanish, and prefer a woman with no (or little) English.
Any recommendations will be appreciated.

Looking for "no-English" is certainly a good move, in that, you know the persons have not been in the trade for too long. I also would like you to know the girls there cannot swim so they may look good on the beach but you have to drag them to water if at all.
Based on my recent experience (I saw a whole bunch of attractive women at the Classic disco last week. It was a Friday night), you may want to fish there rather than on the street. The pool seemed large (you have a better chance if you shoot for the VIP tables. Women were ogling that area and if anyone catches your fancy, have them called by the waiters / security guys) and you should be able to have several contacts that might enable you various tryouts over the time you plan to spend in Sosua.

But you are going to have to do most of the work yourself.
"Seductive", looking "great in a bikini", "attractive", and knowing how to "excite" you are all subjective terms, and our members would not agree on one benchmark for any one of the above.
So, if you read the forum, you will see, that there are a lot of comments like, "to each his own", "whatever turns you on", and the old standby, "your milieage may vary".
Just go bravely into the dark night, and see what you find. Tell us about it here.
