I will say that the women in the makati bars tend to be presented better. On average I would say they are no better than anywhere else in PI (bars) in fact. people tell me that the KTV bars in Manila that cater for cashed up Asians have the cream of the crop. I've been dragged to them by clients & agree that there is mighty fine eye candy in those places but whether or not they are P4P in the same way as AC & Burgos is a question to be answered.

When I spoke of hoping that the Philippines was an improvement from the LOS I guess I am generally speaking of the attractiveness of the ladies and hopefully that the women are better in the sack. Thai women are OK, but after spending so much time in Europe and South America I'm used to having a wide choice of women of all skin tones and hair colors and when I returned to Bangkok a couple of years ago I simply found Thai women to be rather plain. Also ..... Latin and European women tend to be more aggresive in the sack in my experience and I can get the PSE that I greatly prefer over the "yawn" GFE.

Since I've had the pleasure to work with a lot of Filipinas I already know that there has to be some smoking babes in the PI. Only thing I don't no for sure is whether Filipinas are aggressive in the sack - or if they are shy starfishes. I've beeen told that Filipinas can be nymphos in bed and this is what I'm hoping for. None-the-less, my favorite hunting grounds will continue to be South America and Europe. I just like to visit Asia from time to time.

In absolute terms, it's still pretty easy, if that's your aim. Take a girl out a few times, treat her well, and suddenly, more often than not, you may be surprised with just how GF-like she becomes. The only real difference, as I see it, is that in the PI it happens more often on the first, er, date, while in Thailand you kind of have to prove yourself by going back a couple times.

Yes, I know its still far from being difficult, but the great days of the impromptu GFE in LOS are gone. Pull up a sandbag and swing that light - but I remember, in the old days, bar fining girls and spending days with them. Or, on one memorable instance, 1 month down on a beach in Samui. Girls didn't used to be so materialistic and businesslike and there was no such thing as a ST (unless at your preference). I can understand the motivation as, like pro sports players, their careers are short and precarious and they need to make as much possible in as short a time as possible. But it doesn't mean that I have to like it.

In The Philippines, the girls are still of course looking after Number 1 and the main chance. But they are much more willing to enter into a relationship with the punter and at least attempt to give the satisfying illusion of intimacy rather than a cold, calculating business deal. This is why, if you enjoy the GFE over the PSE, the Philippines is the better bet.

LOS is cold commercial no holes barred PSE sex. PI is not noted for it but you can find it. 'Point & fuck' is more of a LOS thing. Pinays can converse in english hence the potential to develop a rapport. In the P4P scene let it be know what you prefer & you will find it. Amongst the non P4P move up the social strata & you start to come across some more confident & adventurous women. They may take a little time to develop trust in you but when they do the result can be very satisfying not to mention exhausting. I personally feel Pinays are warmer. Pinays love westerners & foreigners in general. Thais are more insular. A few questions to guy's who have gone to Philippines for work.

If the stay is less than 90 day's do i need a visa ? What happends if my stay is extended after the 90 days ?

I will have a work cell phone on location but i want a personal one. Where do i get a cell phone in Manila (name , address and website would be nice). What are the charger for the cell phone , air time and charges to call to canada ?

Food and entertainement :

On average how much can 3 descent meals cost in a city like Manila ? What are the good local restaurants and the best places to visit ?

Yes, I generally prefer Europeans & Latinas. However I do find Asian women attractive also .... just in a different way. As far a PSE vs. GFE goes it appears we have different definitions of what those terms implies. I have found ample opportunities for GFE in Thailand; but take two Thai women back to your hotel and see how many times one of them locks herself in the bathroom (definitely not PSE friendly). I'm not saying that I want to do threesomes all the time - I just like women that are more "expressive & aggressive" in the sack. That's all. Unless you arrange otherwise beforehand, you will get a 21 day visitor's visa on arrival. You can extend it at one of the local immigration offices or just pay the accumulated fine on departure.

You can buy cell phones anywhere. There are stores all over the city and you can by used phones at pawn shops. A prepaid sim card will cost you a dollar or two and you can purchase cell time, (called "loads" here) almost anywhere in any amount you like. Calls to N. American are typically about Php15 ($.30) per minute, so you're far better off with Skype Out or one of the other VOIP services. I think I pay slightly over $.01 per minute to the US with Skype Out.

Manila is an enormous city of about 11 million people, and it's impossible to give you the names of all the good restaurants. I suggest you stick to Makati, where good places abound. Try restaurant row in Greenbelt. Italianis, among others, serves very nice food and the prices are not cheap. Assuming you have wine, you can expect to pay $25-$30 a person. On the other hand, the cheaper chain restaurants like Outback are all over the place as well, and there's a TGI Fridays near Greenbelt and also one in Mall of Asia. Hard Rock Cafe is in the same building at TGI Fridays in Makati.

I was in two minds about whether to come to PI or not too. Mainly because I remember how wretched the food was 5 years ago. I'm nogt here in AC and the food seems to be a bit better now, thought still the worst in SE Asia.

The clubs in AC seem rather tame and aftera spell in Thailand not worth visiting. The girls on average are a notch down in terms of looks from Thai or other SEA girls, however there is a large number available and not too many punters and with a little effort you can certainly find some great looking ones.

I personally don't like the bar fine system here and in AC its not so easy to pick girls up in the street as the bars fine them if they are caught doing a "sneak out".

I went to Manila 5 years ago and thoughgt it was just too big and chaotic for my liking. Where the PI really scores is with GFE. In contrast to most of Thailand many of the girls here will be willing to hang out with you as long as you like and have an "all you can eat" attitude to sex, with many of them really enjoying it. The other aspect of PI that differentiates it from is the net dating scene. As almost all the girls speak passable English and are looking for foreign bfs the dating sites such as Dateinasia are 80% ful of Filipinas.
