Sounds like this place is to be avoided now. No way to know what % of clients use condoms with them, and if many don't then it seems as if the spread of this to other girls could be swift, since surely many clients would go back with other girls later and thereby spread the infection to the rest. I will say that when driving in that area, I have seen what look like African guys going there to pick up girls -- and I don't intend this in any racist way at all but the fact is that the incidence of HIV in Sub-Sahara Africa is by far the highest in the world. So just me I want to share this experience in order to help us locate the good spot as well as the spot to avoid like this one. This is the goal of the forum.

They demand money upfront. They absolutely have to have it because they know if they were to be paid based on their service they won't make any money. Rule number one for engaging with a girl for P4P is to not pay in advance. It's the opposite in their books and it is for a reason. I had had some deals falls through because I insisted on not paying upfront. They are ready to let go of such clients. Now why on earth would a P4P girl let go of a client if the price is acceptable?
Once they have the money in their hands their robot gets into action. You have to play along because if you don't then you get cold hard stare that tells you in no uncertain terms that you are either in or out my friend.
In all cases I was out of the hotel in half an hour or less. They all had conditions that I would kick them out for if I had not paid in advance. In one case I was ready to kick the girl out within 5 minutes of her being in my hotel room. She had to be paid upfront, I did kick her out and she did get to keep all the money.
The thing is, if you don't like something, who are you going to complain to? There's no mamasan you can talk to, no address that you can review on the forum.

There are other guys that are having success in this area so why give so much credibility to a report that goes against the trend.

There's not one report categorically ruling out this area except for what has been posted just recently. There are single encounter reports of unsatisfactory performance with the caveat that there "might" be some good apples. I am here telling everyone that for first 4-5 encounters there's nothing but dissatisfaction to be had. And I don't have the motivation to explore any further. With my personal experience I do not see any likelihood of any good fish at all. It's got be a highly exceptional case based primarily on the length of time you have been visiting that area. It may have worked in prehistoric times but today they do not have the attitude and behavior to encourage you to see them again. Money in their hands is the beginning and the end of the deal for them.
I am telling you what's happening right now. I believe that's what the forum is for. If you don't want to believe it, it's your problem. This report was not for you. It was for someone who wanted to find satisfaction in that area. There's none to be had. Someone new go there and make a deal without paying upfront. You can't. They will let you go.
