I found a programme called JPEG Recovery Pro which when used with another prog called Power Data Recovery has retrieved some but not all of my photos but not the vids:(. I think that they are gone for good.

I got Image Recall in a package when I purchased my Nikon D60, the only time I had to use it, it worked great.
