Having spent most of my life in LA and several years in China and Italy, now residing in Kunming, I visited Hong Kong for some medical consultations and to change my visa. I stayed for three nights in a guest house in Kowloon and had quite a bit of time to walk the streets and sample the ladies of Kowloon. I managed to find some of those websites for 141 ladies and visited 37 Dundas once. From the point of view of a short time visitor, I find HK a just incredible and inexpensive place to enjoy sexual activity with women. You can spend an entire night with a 141 girl in a clean room for less than the cost of a hotel room by yourself. The 37 Dundas place allows you to have two girls for what you would pay for one in a similar place in Beijing. You guys have it great.

Hey Manatus, do not take it personal. I come to HK twice per year and last year I asked for some tips. They beat me up pretty bad. These HK posters expect you to read the forum and then ask specific questions. These HK posters do not want to be travel guides because so many persons such as yourself come on this site and ask general questions.

You might tell the board where you are staying, how long you are staying, what type of girls are you looking for(be it Cantonese, Mandarin, filipinas) and you might get a positive response

I have never been hunting on Hong Kong Island but I know that Fenwick's, New Makati and Laguna would be starters for me. I would go over to Lan Kwai Fong in Central HK as well.

Since I stay in Kowloon I have learned by reading the forum that Hari's in the Holiday Inn and Sticky Fingers on Mody Road would be places to visit.
I know there is action on Dundee Road in the Mong Kok area. And there is the 141 site that has several places to go and some very attractive women on the hotel reservations.

Have never been to Prague but I know that many Czech women are beautiful.

this will be my first post, and i'm just going to introduce myself after reading the forum (mostly the asia ones) and maybe even contribute some. firstly, i was born in hong kong but raised overseas. i return to hong kong every so often, its actually quite boring for me, never had anything to do in hk. but then, i turned 18 last year. and what was i going to do? even from a young age i had always known hong kong to be famous for the working ladies and the red light districts.

so, on to my experiences. the last time i went back to hk was last year during christmas time. what i was interested was the 141, i can read chinese so i had gone to some chinese language forums to talk to people about that, but then i realized when i actually had the opportunity to go that i didn't have the guts to go through with at at all. i was also wary of the sauna's as i knew that prostitution is illegal in hk so i believed all sauna's were legitimate. i was taken on tours to tsim sha tsui, but i lived the closest to wan chai. one day i just happened to walk down lockhart rd and see all these signs. what were they? i thought they were strip clubs, so one night, after going to one of the regular bars on lockhart, sitting there and watching a football match (arsenal, urgh), i thought, fuck it, lets go. that's where my adventure of foolishness and awkwardness begins.

firstly, i am not very tolerant of alcohol and having been pestered by the beer girl to order some chi and also having a few beers myself i think (not my drink), i was a little bit woozy. i walked over to one of the places that i was so interested in, one of the ones at the end of the street closest to the mtr exit (can't for my life remember the name, i will try and find it) and said to the old asian lady out the front "i can go in right?" she was all "oh yeah, yeah". i walked in, pushing through the red drapes, expecting a biggish club full of guys and hot girls and what i considered to be debauchery as a child. well, it wasn't. i was the only one in there (i don't remember what day it was, it was a weekday, but it was about 10pm), surrounded by a bunch of thai girls.

i was mildly shocked, 1. because i had actually gone in, 2. the place wasn't at all what i thought it would be like, 3. the girls were not as beautiful as i thought they would be. i went and sat down at the bar (there were sofas opposite it, but i thought it would look most casual if i ordered a drink. also they may have been leading me there), and ordered a drink. instantly 2 girls, one more attractive than the other, hit me up and asked for drinks. i was like "yeah alright", the old lady at the bar showed me the price of the drinks. $200?!?! each?!?!? i was too nervous to care then, i just wanted to look like i wasn't nervous. then they asked me to buy a drink for their friends as well, i answered yeah just a bit too quickly, without even seeing her (i'm pretty sure i didn't end up seeing her at all).

in a state of nervous and drunken confusion (i am quite shy with strangers, trying to work on it), i started talking to the two girls with me while two others were dancing on the bar in just their underwear (was not that interesting...), we talked about a lot of stuff, including my home country (i'm not so comfortable speaking cantonese, although i can. it's like an edison complex), and i had an embarassing episode where at one point they thought i was **** when i told them my birthday. i showed them my passport out of nerves i guess, and that was it. another girl came up to me at one point and just grabbed my crotch. i was not ready to have any reaction then, also i was wearing tight jeans, it was slightly awkward as she felt around trying to find something.

i tried to convince the hotter one to take me out for a "good time" and they told me it was going to be something ridiculous like 2000, and even then sex was not guaranteed or something. good for me, i had no money left. i declined (they didn't want me anyway, they spoke in cantonese which i pretended not to understand. i'm good looking but as i understand these girls have something against younger guys, especially as young as i am) and prepared to pay the bill. somehow they had managed to get me to pay for another drink for each of them, and i ended up paying over 1 grand without having had any action at all, barely felt them up because i was so nervous, one of them was trying to get me to touch them though, holding my hand and moving it around their body. it was the less hot one...

so i paid the fee, and stumbled out of the bar dazed and confused and feeling like i'd been ripped off (which i now know i had). i contemplated going to another place but as i did not have much money left and afraid of a similar experience, i quickly took the mtr back to where i was living.

wow. as i was writing that i felt dumber and dumber, especially after reading the forum extensively. that was the first and only time i have made any contact with the adult industry, i know that experiences can be quite different now, but i think i learned a lesson and i will be less nervous next time i go, which i have no idea when it will be. hope you guys had a good laugh from that, i look back at it today and feel it was probably the most awkward night of my life (not even losing my virginity was that nerve-wracking).

so i just need to know something from my experience. what did i do wrong? well i know what i did wrong, i paid them, but what in particular that i did made them try to rip me off like that? how do people generally behave in the strip bars to get what they want? i have read about experiences you guys have had, but i'd like some tips, as i would like to take it slow and graduate from say easiest and least awkward (i.e. bar and clubbing scene) to the more awkward and difficult (141 and sauna massage). i hope that was an adequate report, showing how newcomers can screw things up horribly.

Welcome to the forum, and congrats on your first (albeit not so successful) attempt at getting some action in HK.

Don't feel bad; anyone who goes into those bars gets fleeced. In actuality, they are mostly for tourists or businessmen with expense accounts who can use the receipts that say "Bar and Cafe" to get reimbursed.

If you want some real action in Wan Chai, the best places are the bars where the freelancers work (Makati, Laguna, Fenwicks, Neptune, etc). They are regular bars, the ladies drinks are (slightly) less expensive, and they won't push too much. Problems being it might be difficult to find one you like and convince her to go with you back to your place or (if you are concerned about security) to a short-time hotel in Wan Chai.

I think for you, the best place for you to start out would be 37 Dundas. It's safe, easy to get to, and there's no pressure. Also, it's cheap! $490 for the girl and the room. A lot less embarrassing than the Wanch bars for the newcomer.

But don't worry about being new. I remember my first time P4P, somewhere in the Middle East, paying way too much and feeling ripped off. It all gets better from there on out.

As per Ami's post, try the bars in Wan Chai he mentioned, they're great. Best time to go is after 9-10pm, not much will be happenig before that. Doesn't matter if it's week day, or weekend. Go in, grab a beer, relax, and observe. I'm new to Hong Kong, and I learned a lot just by doing that.

Your biggest mistake was to walk into a strip bar in Wanchai. These bars are programmed to rip off every guy the girls can pull in off the street. The locals know about this scam and stay away from those places, but they’ve been around for a long time to fleece tourists and sailors on a little r&r, who are all looking for Suzie Wong in world famous Hong Kong. This is why their first question is always “where you from”? Your experience was typical. If you complain about the bill you will quickly find yourself in the smiling company of a few gang members who will be more than glad to escort you to the nearest ATM machine.

Prostitution IS allowed in Hong Kong, it’s just that you have to follow certain rules – and you don’t have to pay 2000 for it. I was a little nervous too with my first 141 girl, but she turned out to be friendly and a whole lotta fun. The smart 141 girls know how important repeat business is and so they build up a base of clients by trying to give them a good experience each time. Some guys like it with a different girl each time but for me this is too hit and miss. Find a few you like and visit them regularly until you have worked your way into their hearts. Then they will do anything for you. This won’t be easy for you since you only visit Hong Kong once in a while.

Does anyone know a decent love hotel where I can take a freebie, i.e. not a total shit hole like Villa Victoria or Ming Court? I want to treat my freebie a little nicer than a P4P girl, and more importantly I don't want to drive her away with any place too skeevy.

Kowloon preferred. These freebies would probably happen in the mornings.

Oh the memories! Been there. Done that so like everyone on this site its live and learn. I, ll bet your experience is the same for all in this forum one way or another. Your skills will become more refined with time. Scam detecting radar also improves. My first visit to Wanchai was a lot of expensive fun. Stayed at Horney Warney on brother in laws advice and did not make it past the bar next door before being pulled in because 'I velly hansome man". Oh. The flattery for your humble over the hill, over weight servant. A few drinks later and I was walking back to the Warney with a beautiful 20yo flippa who did give me a great night for more money than I care to mention. Over the years I discovered the 141 system, Dundas, Yellow signs, K pressure and saunas. All have there place and market demographics. Macau is usually on my must do list these days and try the helecopter to or from just once in your life. Try and pick a reasonably clear day.

I think name are Deluxe Garden and Ocean place on 10th and 13th fl.

Very nice rooms but small with bathroom and frig, tv.

The cost ranges from 240 to 480 hkd for a day.

I'm not sure they rent by the hour.

There are also signs in the Bld.

No prositution is allow, so you need to book a room for 2 people .

There are many love hotels in Kimberely rd and Mongkok area, but most are a shithole that the pros use.

Last Thursday my friend and I ventured to Wan Chai, and did the usual Laguna-Neptun-Fenwicks tour, checking out talent. Boy, my head was spinnig, so many girls, and most of them stunning. It's difficult to make a choice! I ended up taking down phone numbers from several girls.

Contacted one of the girls on Monday, agreed on the price, met her at Fenwicks and off we went to my place. Long story short. The experience was rather disappointing. Paid 700 ST, which is not bad, or so I think.

How do I pick a good one next time? What do you guys pay attention to?

The conversation and how you both get on I like to get there fairly early about 10 pm and spend some time talking to them, if you pick one or get picked up by one walk around and see if she follows you if yes then she WANTS to be with you and will perform well, then a little bit later ask what she will and wont do and agree on a price.

Excellent advice. It may be a business transaction, but business between friends is much more enjoyable. If the girls take the time to get to know you a little and like you, the rewards can be considerable.

There are lots of options in Hong Kong. If you are looking to pick up freelancers on the Kowloon side, Sticky Fingers is not too far from the Renaissance. You just need to get across the road and over by the Shangri La and then it is the next street over. There are always some girls hanging out in there and the band is usually pretty good. Another option is the bar in the Holiday Inn on Nathan Road. I am not really thrilled though about either place compared to what is available over in Wan Chai. That is where the real action for freelancers is. Read the posts here on Wan Chai and you will quickly find all you need to know.

If you use the subway, it is very easy and cheap to get over to Wan Chai from the Renaissance. The only hassle is coming back is probably going to have to be by taxi since the subway stops running around midnight.

I have to refresh myself on the going rate as I am headed up to Hong Kong myself tomorrow and plan on making a foray over to Fenwicks or Laguna in Wan Chai.
